RawrMax

Purchased an item from RawrMax through marketplace. Item died while it should have been under warranty. The fact that RaweMax was not an authorized reseller voided any manufacturer warranty. Seller doesn't care and told me "start a claim with your credit card company."

I placed an order on December 14, 2020 and have not received my purchase. The tracking info says preparing to ship. I thought I was ordering directly from Walmart. I want a refund!!

Have been emailed for a week. No response. Package that was scheduled for delivery by the 21st still hasn’t even shipped.

I ordered three trucks. One came one was damaged and the other one didn’t show. On the package slip it says three items but I only received two items. I’ve been calling for two days no one is answering the phone and they didn’t answer my email. I will never order from them again.

Will now always make sure any item I order from Walmart.com does NOT come from RawrMax. I was told they were issuing me a credit after a price drop and they never sent it. Liars.

My daughter was wanting a five night at Freddy Bonnie doll I paid for two day shipping that’s all she was wanting from Santa and I haven’t received it now how do I tell her Santa didn’t bring it

I had placed an order and it was shipped in a timely manner but was lost in limbo somewhere at no fault of theirs. After contacting RawrMax, they promptly re-shipped my order and I received it within a few days. Very pleased with their customer service!

Great customer service, replaced damaged item without the need to return.
