FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMERS. Paid $500 for an Xbox and received an expire case of cookies. Absolute BS. A disgusting excuse for a company.
This company is fraudelent. Tey sent me an email that I received my package. I did not receive it. I waited until the next day thinking it might come, and to my surprise, I receive a text reading that they have given me a refund. And it can take up to 10 days to get the refund. I called walmart and did advise me to leave a review and they are checking into it. They are taking money for products they do not have in stock. You will not get any more of my business.
Terrible company, they sent me the wrong product and have not responded to any of my calls or emails. I got one person on the phone after numerous attempts, and they told me to "prove it" and that all sales are final (even though they sent me some random christmas ornament in July). i told them this and they responded with "if you are really worried about $20 than you probably have bigger issues, and to dispute it with my credit card company if i want". unbelievable experience and so unprofessional
They sent us the wrong product, and they have not responded at all to my multiple attempts to reach them about the issue.
