I placed an order back in Oct. and never received my order. They go my money in Nov. 2021 and I keep getting the run around when I deal with Vida Libre. They sent me and e-mail back in Jan. 20, 2022 saying they admit my order was lost in shipping and they would issue me a refund, it is now Feb. 19, 2022 and still no refund.

They are now telling that they won't refund my money and I have to get it from Walmart. I'm still waiting on Walmart to get in touch with for my refund. Walmart hasn't been too much help so far.

Ordered a juicer/steamer from WalMart. WalMart turned the order over to a third party vendor named Vida Libre company. I have a tracking number that states it was delivered to the post office, though it never was.

This just feels like a great big scam to me., especially after reading these reviews. I can certainly tell that everyone on here is having problems with them. WalMart was kind enough to reimburse the cost of this equipment for me. Do not buy from this third party vendor. They are not reliable.

I would give them a zero rating if I could, but that option is not available.

I ordered a product through Walmart.com. They were the vendor for this food product. It was 60 count espresso shot. Stok. When I got to the end of the box, it looked like someone had shaved their face over this box and threw in my FOOD product on top of it. NASTY!!!! Do not order from them. You have no idea what you might get as a surprise along with your product. Just gross!!!!! I will be throwing all of the product away now. WTF!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a item 2 weeks ago as a Christmas gift for my son. I got an update saying that my item was delayed & is in process. Well still no word on it. Then I received am email stating that my item was lost & can't be delivered to me. After talking to a couple people & emailing them. I was given a number to call. So I call this customer service. First, the lady kept saying my name wrong, even after correcting her. Secondly, she acted like she didmt believe me & was questioning why I was wanting an refund. I am not a very happy customer, & will not be ordering from here again.
