Do not buy from this company, I bought a gaming chair, they sent a wrong part for the base, and u can not get them to resolve any issues, atm I still have broken chair and no refund. No one responds to any contact. Disgusting
Terrible customer service, no accountability for their low-quality items, I had an item arrive damaged (Not damaged by me), and they expect the customer to cover for the return shipping, which is against their very own return policy. Do yourself a major favor and stick with brands that respect themselves, their customers, and above all, their own policies.
