I purchased a wheelchair from this company a year ago. My mother who is an amputee used the chair 4 times. The wiring also was defective and the chair almost caught fire. When I asked to return it, I was told it was an issue I obviously made. I spent over 1500.00 for the chair ans plan to seek an attorney.
I purchased a wheelchair (Model 6011) approximately three months ago (July, 2021). It arrived in a large, badly damaged box. And from the start it was a lemon. First the battery they supplied was defective and would not take and hold a charge. They sent me a new battery, and we were able to use it for three weeks. Then it simply stopped working. An electrician told me it looked like a short in the wiring. And since then I have not been able to talk to anyone at Puffy Cotton. This is a mighty poor way to run a business, and that chair is currently gathering dust in our living room because it still will not run. Buyer Beware.
