Sent the wrong size pipe . Even went so far as to change it on my order . Placed my order for a 10 inch by 6.inch reducer which it said on it when i paid it . Now all it says is reducer and it's a 5 by 3 ! Real sleazy business!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS !!!

Update to recent review. If you call WalMart near you they will tell you what store is set up for market place returns near your location and that store will put a mailing label on your package and return it to the seller for you. They provide you with a refund slip and tracking number as well.

I have never had a problem returning products when shopping online with WalMart.com but now they have a new system in place with total disregard to the convenience and product protection while buying for their customers. I purchased One-Gang Duplex Wall Outlets, a pack of 10 and the color was "Ivory". I received brown wall plates, not at all close to Ivory. I inquired about returning the product and WalMart tells me I have to return it to the "Marketplace Seller" (what a crock) and Promax says in an email response to me that they will give me a 20% discount if I just keep the unusable items if I don't wan to pay for shipping to send the item back. Shame on you WalMart for the inconvenience and accessibility of this company via your website to only be duped by this fraudulent seller and putting your customers at risk for loss and false advertising. Why would I want a discount on a future purchase that I will never cash in on because I'm not about to do business with a company like this one, much less use WalMart.com, ever again? I need a company that honors it's transactions and provides accurate details and descriptions of products for sale so I don't have to do this. Online shopping is for those who don't have the time or availability to go to the stores or run all over town. If you have to return an item because it isn't as described or is damaged, etc., convenience goes out the door, especially if you have to pay to send it back. JUNK SALES AT PROMAX COMMERCE DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER!

THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a product from the Walmart website. The description was vague, and I ended up ordering the wrong size. I called this company to return it, and there is a 20% restocking fee. Really? At least you can save on shipping fee if they let you take it back to Walmart.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase. The product is fine. But the company Promax Commerce, is lying. Their product description states pack of 12 Rooto Delimer for $15. They only sent me ONE bottle. If I could give this company a ZERO rating I would. For a $15 product, they charge a $10 return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. I just looked at their reviews and they are only sending a portion of the amount stated in the product description for everybody on every product they sale. Go over to Amazon and buy this product. I got 1 bottle for $15, but on Amazon, you can buy 12 bottles for just over $30!!! Major ripoff going on with Promax Commerce.

I purchased a sprayer wand for my 25 gallon sprayer. order by the pictures on line of my sprayer. When I received the wand it not the same wand and doesn't fit my sprayer. I looked on your site and you charge a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping. The item is on $12.88 so by the time I would pay restocking and shipping there would nothing left. The order went through Wal-Mart shy can't I return to my local store and get full refund. Will make sure I do not go through your site ever again, a very dissatisfied customer.

THIS IS THE THIRD STRIKE with NOT receiving my Item.

Ordered a lamp (not cheap) and they never sent it. Did nothing. No way to contact them. Ordered through Walmart and not the first time that Walmart's online customer service is not only poor, but way too slow. They are trying to compete with Amazon but are significantly lacking in the area of items NOT received. This should be priority one with quick resolve of immediate refund for Walmart, then follow up and explain what happened and allow the CUSTOMER to decide if they want to try and purchase the item again, or as Amazon does, replace it for free IF the error is found to be on their part. Instead they let the customer bear the burden of their mistake--I'm out $60 and a lamp.

Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, Shame on me ... and this is the THIRD item that this has happened to me with online Walmart since October 2017 (A sketchbook, a small table and now a lamp). Peace OUT Walmart. My bad...gave you too many chances...

I purchased two flower pots , they were delivered separately and both were broken in several pieces. I was told to return one to Walmart which I did and the second to Promax. There isn't any return address in the package! I was very dissatisfied!!!
