I ordered 2 Taggi animal baby bankers. Instead I got 2 toys for a dog!
I sure wish I had seen these comments before I ordered. What a JOKE this is. 20% restocking fee and pay shipping when they sent me the wrong item. NEVER AGAIN.
Imperial Galvanized Tee won't return it
I purchased a sprayer wand for my 25 gallon sprayer. order by the pictures on line of my sprayer. When I received the wand it not the same wand and doesn't fit my sprayer. I looked on your site and you charge a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping. The item is on $12.88 so by the time I would pay restocking and shipping there would nothing left. The order went through Wal-Mart shy can't I return to my local store and get full refund. Will make sure I do not go through your site ever again, a very dissatisfied customer.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They won't take back opened items.... they charge you a 20% restocking fee for unopened returned items AND you have to pay to ship items back!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!
THIS IS THE THIRD STRIKE with NOT receiving my Item.
Ordered a lamp (not cheap) and they never sent it. Did nothing. No way to contact them. Ordered through Walmart and not the first time that Walmart's online customer service is not only poor, but way too slow. They are trying to compete with Amazon but are significantly lacking in the area of items NOT received. This should be priority one with quick resolve of immediate refund for Walmart, then follow up and explain what happened and allow the CUSTOMER to decide if they want to try and purchase the item again, or as Amazon does, replace it for free IF the error is found to be on their part. Instead they let the customer bear the burden of their mistake--I'm out $60 and a lamp.
Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, Shame on me ... and this is the THIRD item that this has happened to me with online Walmart since October 2017 (A sketchbook, a small table and now a lamp). Peace OUT Walmart. My bad...gave you too many chances...
I purchased two flower pots , they were delivered separately and both were broken in several pieces. I was told to return one to Walmart which I did and the second to Promax. There isn't any return address in the package! I was very dissatisfied!!!
