Your customer service satisfaction review should be ZERO. I agree, Walmart should REMOVE any product under Proexpress Distributor LLC should be removed. I bought a hose only to get it w/out all parts included, hence it CANNOT be used. Upon my return request, they deny a full refund. I have to pay a 20% restocking fee, plus pay for return shipping. Else I can keep it and they'll refund $1.50 USD to me. I will be review them with this same NEGATIVE review on Walmart.com to warn BUYER BEWARE to anyone wanting to buy the hose I got. Terrible company. Terrible unethical distributor. Awful satisfaction in service and product. Horrible experience with this 4th rate company.

I read all these reviews and experienced the same issues with proexpress. Except I had Walmart refund me the whole amount due to the response of proexpress to me. Walmart bent over backwards for me. I forwarded Walmart all the emails I had with proexpress throughout the 5 days. Walmart happily refunded me the whole amount. Thank you Walmart. Also I learned to make sure any online product I'm buying is not through a 3rd party and if it is I will not purchase it.

DO NOT buy from this company. They sent a defective item and want me to pay postage to send it back and get a new one. They will not respond to any of me emails. As you can see I am not the only one having this problem. If I could give them a zero star I would.

BEWARE! This company is awful! I thought I was buying from WALMART. I spent days trying to process a return, and in the end they said I had to pay shipping, and 20% restocking fee. This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I received damaged goods and was given the run around for weeks. It has been almost a month and the situation is still unresolved. They refuse to replace the damage part or pay for the shipping to return the item and get a refund. Please do not use them. If you would like to waste your money, just literally throw it down the toilet. If I could give a negative star, I would rate them -10 stars.

I really wished I had done some research and read these reviews before ordering my product. Wal-Mart should be ashamed that they are allowing this company to take advantage of their customers!! I have the same story as just about everyone else. Ordered a ladder for our in ground pool based on the picture from the ad. That is NOT what we got, after days of emails this is still not resolved because they want to pay me $3 to keep it and give it to a friend?! Or I can send it back with a 20% restock fee and pay shipping!! I'm not done with these jerks and shame on w almart for advertising for them because otherwise I wouldn't be in this situation!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. They are absolutely the worst company to deal with. Horrible customer service and defective products. I order a solar phone charger through Walmart. First the item.i received was not what was pictured on the website and it came damaged with the packaging all smashed. I contacted the vendor and advised of such and requested a return/refund. They emailed and requested pictures which I provided. I then get an email saying that damage is expected during transit and they wanted to know if item worked....WTF!!!! I am sorry when i pay for an item i dont expect it to arrive damaged. I had also advised them of that and that it didnt work. They bow just sent me another email saying to try and charge it from another outlet. Are they for real??? Worst company ever!!! I strongly urge consumers to stay clear of this company!!

What a scam. Awful seller. Lied about TPMS sensors being OEM. They did not work wasted an entire day trying to get them work between 4 tire shops. They charged me 20% restocking fee and $10 for shipping to return them. On a product that wasn't even accurately described nor did it work. Walmart will be yanking these guys soon as I spoke to their customer service liaison.

BUYER BEWARE ! If you could rate below 1 star, that would be the rating on this pirate company and wish I had read the reviews before buying from Proexpress Distributor LLC. I felt I was buying from a reputable company since Wal-Mart was selling the products with their name behind it and stand behind it for returns but to find this wasn't the case. I was given the same speech Marlene gave above to a tee, although they offered me $2. to keep the product. Why would I want a product that didn't work? A refund will only give you a run around and little response hoping you will just keep it and give up. The video doorbell I sent back as directed to a persons address mind you, not the company and it was returned with a note hand scratched and misspelled saying it was being returned because it didn't work !!! No kidding, that's why I returned it ! To make a long story short, I went to Wal-Mart and all they could do is say for me to contact Proexpress since it was a third party sale. Sounds like a big circle jerk, been there done that! Sorry, Wal-Mart you're losing another customer.

I tried to take the item back to Wal-mart, but they would not take it back since it's from a third-party seller. This has turned me off about buying from Walmart.com. I told Proexpress Distributor LLC that the product was lacking in quality and I wanted a refund. The box it came in is in Chinese, there are no instructions, and the item is very poor quality. This is the reply I received: "We are sorry to hear about that. The item is the same as the listing noted. Please understand that there will be a restocking fee of 20% USD deducted, according to walmart return policy as buyer personally doesn't want the item anymore.And we are sorry that you will also need to pay for the shipping if you return it back. In your case,would you mind keeping it for someone who can use it? We can refund $1 if you can keep it for your friend. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance."

For real? It's not that I don't need the item any longer, it's because it's junk and will fall apart in no time!

Please do not waste your time or money purchasing from this company. I have contacted Wal-mart directly. They do not need to be subjecting their customers to something like this company.

If you've been shafted by company, contact Wal-mart and complain.

Ordered Handy Heaters, description unclear. Focus was on watts and looks just like all other packaging. When I got the 2 I ordered, they were 220-240V which are for outside countries of the US. 120 V are for US outlets. Very deceiving with lower price and box looks exactly like US box at higher price. No volts on packaging only when opened up and look at sticker on item. Sucks and out $50.00.

I will never buy anything that is associated with Proexpress.

Worst experience, terrible customer service. They falsly advertised a fortnite remote for iphones and once we received, realized it doesn't work and tried to ship back, (within 24 hours of delivery), they refused to provide a full refund, offered $2 on a $21.99 plus tax item and I had to pay shipping. Rude, their emails were pushy. I will never order from them again. Walmart needs to reevaluate their 3rd parties.

Seller is selling imitations of copyrighted products, advertising them as real deal. Walmart really needs to remove this seller. And some of the actual companies should be, and will be notified. Hopeful they receive a cease and desist.
