Cant Rate what you cancelled BEFORE it shipped. It clear stated when i would recieve it BEFORE ordering. Then all the sudden it changed to weeks later than expected and I need for a trip - So, like anyone I cancelled it. I should never have been charged, and that wouldve been the end of it. BUT Noooo this has been going on for months. Arguing between the seller and Walmart CS. They shipped it anyway and THEN THE PACKAGE WAS REFUSED AS THE SELLER INSTRUCTED ME TO DO. SO I DONT HAVE IT AND NEVER DID - IT WAS SIMPLY REFUSED. Ive been emailing for OVER 2 months and still no REFUND - Then today a WM CS email says to just dispute the charge with my CC company they cannot give me a refund either. Well then walmart shouldve TOLD me to just dispute the charge back in DECEMBER dont you think?! At this point my CC company isnt likely to even be able to offer me protection based on thier own policies which DONT change seller to seller smh

i hope Walmart bans sellers like this

there should be a no BULLYING policy, when sellers get to do what ever they want

Amazon has much better protection for thier customers

Bad company. Cancelled order and did not receive my refund. I have been emailing for several days. Do not deal with this company. Walmart should drop them. Too bad I couldn't give a zero rating.

Proexpress Distributors are horrible. They gave me a very difficult time to return a package I did not even open. They tried to tell me to *sell* the goods I wanted to return to a relative or friend. I refused, then they offered a very low discount to keep the goods. I refused and after weeks of back and forth emails, I finally got the RMA number. I had to pay the return shipping which was almost 50% of the value of the goods. Proexpress received the shipment back from me and never contacted me, or refunded the money. I had to email them 3 more time before they said the refund was would be processed. After a week, it still wasn't received at my bank. I emailed them again and they claimed it would be 2-3 more days. I finally received the money for the goods, but not the taxes I paid.

I would strongly advise anyone considering to buy from Proexpress Distributors to find someone else. They are not a reputable firm. They play a lot of tricks and games. Their strategy is throw you as many curve balls as possible in the hope you will forget, or give up in exasperation. They DO NOT conform to common USA business practices. Send them a message - Go back to your home country. We do not tolerate such bad business behavior.

this company is the worst company i have ever bought from in my entire life. they are scammers. i bought something from here, they delivered it to the wrong address, it took 2 weeks to come in. and it came extremely damaged. im so pissed. i have been emailing these stupid people back and forth and they offered me 5 dollars as a refund !!!!! i spend over $150 dollars on this item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I tried to return a product and they gave me the run around trying to prolong until it hit past 30 days so I couldn't return the product I don't trust these people and as far as I'm concerned they're no good

I bought a "Dual Lens Vehicle BlackBOX DVR" (i.e. dash camera) through Walmart, bad decision. The product comes with practically NO instructions and no website to go for more information. You literally have to figure on your own (by trial and error) how to program the device so it works according to your needs. I got the camera to start video/audio recording but noticed that sometimes the video recording will stop while the audio recording will continue (go figure!). Would not advise the average (i.e. non-technical) person to buy this product.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Well not return and refund their product if you are unhappy with it. Will give you a very hard time to try to get you discouraged. Don’t buy from them on walmart.com as a third-party if you even knew walmart.com sells from third parties. Warning!

Worst business to order from on Walmart.com I was guaranteed a delivery on7/29/20 contacted Walmart.com on 7/30/20 as my item was not delivered they reached out to proexpress distributors Llc. I received an email stating there was a delay and it would be here Saturday 8/01/20. Asked why they guaranteed the delivery then and that’s when the smart ass emails started and that I wouldn’t receive my package until 2-3 more days again lies just got an update it’s won’t arrive until 8/04/20 I ordered it on 7/21/20 that 14 days if it even shows up I would have been fine with it being late but between the smart ass emails and the fact that. It takes them 14 days to ships stuff!unbelievable

Worst company ever. I brought a fitness tracker that came damaged and Contacted the company only to get a attitude from ALEX! Bad product and the worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your money. Wal-Mart shouldn’t allow them to sell at the marketplace. I wish I could of rated a zero star!!!!!
