We ordered an Xbox Series X on Walmart.com after 7 months it's not even working, company won't answer emails. They need to take this company off their site. Walmart is losing so much money with this company. Hopeful for a refund and return this piece of junk back to the sellers. They don't even deserve one star.

Advertised that they were selling an Xbox Series X with 2 years of Xbox All Access subscription.

Paid $873 for the deal and only received the Xbox series x, which cost $499.

They lied, cheats, scammers.

Do not deal with them.

Just bought the halo edition xbox series x. After reading the reviews I'm starting to have my doubts. I will update in a few day on whether I have received it and if it is the correct item.

Long story short:

Called several times and nobody can help or understand or speak english

Im filing a complaint today with the bbb

Purchased a special halo edition xbox series x on walmart.com

Was put in touch with the company selling it as well.

The company sent me a standard xbox

They recognized its wrong and offered me $100 credit

The xbox purchased was $859 plus tax.

The standard xbox sells for $499 plus tax.

Also a controller and halo game was included, value around $90.

No 3 month ultimate game pass also

Now they want to return item after i purchased an additional $300 of games and accessories.

Nobody seems to care or listen when all i wanted was a refund of the price difference

Nor the fact i had to spend two days connecting and setting this up and installing all things needed and much more!

Frustrated and irate and more doesnt tell you how i feel here at all! I had no idea im purchasing from a third party! I thought i was buying on walmar.com!!!

Now the company wont even issue a return label or care about anything i said either?

Please call me any member from walmart corporate and my next steps will be to go to bbb later and then dispute all charges on my card and more.

Hey to whomever is reading this, I am one of the recent customers for this company. I brought a refurbished ps5 from the Walmart app not knowing I brought it from a third party after the next day of the payment. Ngl I was really worried about my product because of the spam 1* without any comments or evidence of possible scam coming from this company. Although I knew might have lost $700 on the product I sticked to the process. But I still took precautions just to protect myself, I recorded myself while I unboxed the ps5 and guess what. It was there same as the products and the ps5 was working just fine. I definitely recommend you guys to buy from this guys they ARE not scammers, but I still would say that you should be careful when ordering from this company and take the same precautions as I did.

Worst company EVER !!!!! I ordered a new Nintendo switch lite from Walmart under Pro Electronics Inc. I paid almost $300 for it. I received it, gave it to my grandson for Christmas. It worked for two days. Then it stopped charging and wouldn't do anything. They sent me a mailing label to return it, I returned it. They opened my package, put the non working Nintendo switch lite back in the package I sent it in, put it in another box and sent it back to me. WHAT COMPNAY DOES THAT !!!!!! Pro Electronics shouldn't be able to do business anywhere !!!!!! I had to go back and forth with Walmart for over a month before I finally got a refund from Walmart !!! Not Pro Electronics !!!!! Pro Electronics is nothing but a scam company !!!!!!!

Probably electronics does not care about the quality of the product they're shipping out. I pay $1,000 for a PS5 and they shipped me a box that was damaged the lid was torn up and left open and there was also dirt on the back of the box and the side of the box I am very disappointed with their quality and their customer service as they did not want to give me a percentage off of the price they only wanted to give me a $20 refund and I had to keep the product because I did not have time to return it and get a new one prior to Christmas

Ordered a ps5 for double the price and paid for expedited shipping. As advertised it was to be deliverederes in 2 days, It never was delivered

Short story - everything is good.

I purchased a ps5 from walmart.com and noticed afterwards that it was not coming from Walmart but ProElectronics. This then lead me to reviews that started very negative and freaked me out. However, every thing has worked out so far. The shipment arrived on time and my son is wearing out my internet connection with the downloads.

Bought 2 fire TV sticks on Black Friday for Xmas presents. Neither worked, it was past their return date, I only wanted an exchange for working product, but didn't get an exchange. Will definitely not order again from this seller.

I received a order from this company that I never ordered. Might be running scams.

Terrible company. They make a shipping mistake and you do not receive your order then they blame you. Thank goodness Wal Mart stands behind their customers and handles the dispute because if you are waiting on this company. Well. Good luck.

Does not ship out and you get the product in two days like advertised on the walmart website after you get charged for the two day shipping charge. Paid for two days was on a Wednesday wont get till monday that's regular mail.
