Do not order from this company!! I ordered 4 robes for the bridal party and the bride order 5. It’s been three weeks and we haven’t even gotten a confirmation number!! Thankfully I ordered some backups from Amazon that came in quickly. But we haven’t been able to get our money back or a reply to any emails. Don’t waste your time or money with them. The other reviews are fake! I did a second order of just two robes but those came and not the big orders. They came you out of hundreds of dollars. It’s pathetic!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! My order was lost in transit and the response I got from them was, "Sorry not our fault, good luck". They were so eager and willing to take $140 of my money and have no interest in making sure i got the product. I am beyond upset with how flippant this company is with their product and your money. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY!!!!!

Do not order from here. I ordered a single robe with zero customizations a month ago and they still have not sent it out. I told them I’d like to cancel my order with a full refund since they couldn’t stay true to their 3 week ship out time on the website. They said I could pay $15 for a rush delivery and I wasn’t allowed a refund.

AWFUL COMPANY, they do not own up to their mistakes. I had to re-order a bridesmaids robe last minute, and twice now have I received a robe that is not the same as what I payed for and received in my initial order, and the company refuses to make it right. Do NOT spend your money here, they don't give a shit about who they scam money from and send faulty merchandise to, even during a pandemic.

I order 10 robes. 232.00 have been taking out my bank account but I have not received a confirmation or receipt from this company. I keep emailing them with no response and I'm unable to get them on the phone. Everytime I call I get voicemail and it hangs up because I could leave a message.
