Presadee

As the people above I have contacted Presadee through their so-called "chat" & via email, with no response from either form of contact. Plus, they never sent the "Free Gift" they promised. Like Gerry, I also found out recently that they sell on Amazon; and I was looking to exchange my stockings. I didn't check whether they are a Prime company or not. At this point it doesn't matter because I'll never buy from them again. I also sent them an email asking a question regarding another product, which was not answered either. Since they are refusing to respond to customers I feel I have no other recourse but to contact my credit card company and block the sale from going through. If you're considering buying from them I strongly discourage you from doing so.

Also, as this website notes below, they are affiliated with the following companies and I would suggest avaoiding them too: Similar sellers include SHORE TRENDZ LLC, Quality HBA, BRANDONOMICS LLC, Glorious Lighting LLC and Interstate Supplies and Services Inc.

Any company that refuses to give out their phone number should be avoided

I have emailed Presadee twice (2X) regarding support stockings I ordered for my husband directly from them and they have not responded. We ordered double zippers in error and requested an EXCHANGE - NOT even a refund. They are by far the worst company and I suggest people not order from them for that reason alone. Very disappointed!!

I found they could have been ordered on Amazon and exchange would be easy. Do not buy their products.
