My wife placed an order through Bed/Bath and Beyond on-line in April before their closure. Premier Home Decor Inc reflects the order was sold and fulfilled by. We had to return the items, of which Premier provided us a returns label. The package was delivered on May 30th, 2023 and we are here now July 27th and no credit has been received. Their site phone number has no answer, but a message that the mailbox is full. If anyone with Premier is looking at these reviews, please contact me. At this time, one star is too much, but at least we got to the point of getting a returns label. I do feel very much cheated by this company who I understand fulfills for Walmart. BEWARE before you buy from them.

Be sure not to order anything from this company which may also be affiliated with Bed Bath and Beyond as well. I only received half of my order and was told there’s nothing they can do to help me because it’s from a third party even though I ordered through Bed Bath and Beyond website. This is a terrible way to do business and will ever give them anymore of my business! I will be sure to tell everyone I know! This is how you go out of business!

I purchased a sofa cover from the Walmart app. on October 11. The product was supposedly shipped on October 14. The only information I am getting from the sites tracking is that the order is delayed. I called two different numbers l found for this company and received no answer. I guess I’ll never get my product. Extremely disappointed and Walmart should stop using this distributor.

What a scam, why is Walmart even doing business with this company. My tracking says delayed in California. Walmart won't do anything and the company doesn't respond. The phone number is bogus. I'm out the money and very unhappy.

I ordered a bath rug set around the 15th of April. It said it shipped on April 21st. On my walmart app it says its delayed, but gives a tracking number. Tracking number through UPS just says the label was created. I've sent 4 emails through Walmart.com contact seller. Absolutely nothing. If I try to start the return process on Walmart.com, it tells me to send the item back by a certain date so I can get refund. HOW CAN I SEND THE ITEM BACK IF I NEVER RECEIVED IT?! It's now June 3 and I havent heard a thing. So very, very, very angry.

This a crooked business, when click on any link it only gives you detailed reading without any reasonable important that is required of them to provide the customer with. How can Walmart do business with a deceptive company like this. No information for return of defective merchandise (Blackout Curtains) ,telephone number is unreachable. Fill the return of merchandise on walmart.com . Has no mailing Address so sad! For returning item. For certain would never order from Walmart online ever again. Knows for certain how other customers are feeling..

Same as everybody terrible experience. Guess I am out the money for sofa cover. Why don't they clearly state this is a 3rd party seller not Wal-Mart. Never again. Spent to two days trying to get help about return with no success. I am a senior and this is a lot of money to me.

WORST EVER!!!! Both products and service - ordered sheers with grommet - grommets are not consistent length from top of sheer - so they don't hang even - had already arranged to return sheers that weren't needed and had such a time with customer service that I'm not going to try to return the inferior, horribly made sheers - I'll just throw them in the trash and order from someone else - never again from a 3rd party from Walmart as they give you NO HELP at all - all they do is collect their share of the money. A zero rating is too good for this company but I'll give a "1" only because they won't accept the review without a rating.

Terrible experience! Trying to return items I thought I purchased from Walmart without success. The phone number and email address provided by Walmart store do not work. Its a struggle and very frustrating!! Stay away from this vendor, their business etiquette is unacceptable.

By far the worst I've ever dealt with. They initially were in contact with me and sent me a FedEx return label to which i sent my order back. After that, there was absolutely no communication, they quit answering my emails and I never received my refund. I finally contacted walmart customer service and they are refunding my money instead of the seller

Same as all the other reviews. I ordered their product and didn’t even receive any return info or a receipt in the box. I tried to return to Walmart where I was told it it had to be returned online. I contacted Walmart online and they said they had contacted Premier and someone would get in touch within one business day. One week later, still nothing! I would love to return my items but don’t even have an address to do that! I had no idea that this was a third party to @walmart! I will not order from them again! Is “0” stars an option???

I ordered two Furniture Protector from this seller thru Walmart online site.

It didn't matched m decor so wanted to return them but the number which I got from Walamart store to conatct them goes to time Warner.

There in no option to leave a voice mail even.

I am trying to contact Walmart online orders now.Let's see what response they give.

I am trying to return bathroom rugs with no success. Their policy is that you can return within 30 days, but no return address was listed and no phone number...no way of contacting them except through email and they don't answer. I've also posted on their facebook page. Previous reviews are saying the same thing I am. IT WAS A MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS SLEAZY COMPANY.

Purchased two sets of blackout curtains for my mother via the Walmart website. She felt they were too heavy and they didn't seem to hang well with the rods we had. I have sent two emails and the Walmart online customer support person supposedly sent them an email to initiate a return and have received neither a confirmation email nor any other communication from them. There is no phone number to call. I will attempt once more to work with Walmart, but plan to ship the drapes back to the address from which they were sent and if, necessary, contact my credit card to remove the charge. I will never order anything more from Walmart's website if it is from a third party seller.

Purchased curtains, nothing wrong with them, I only want to return because the color isn’t as I expected. Having a frustrating time trying to contact seller in effort to initiate return. Just as previous reviewer described, the number I call isn’t working, just rings, the site you’re directed to for assistance is down and I can’t getting any help from Walmart.

Purchased 8 sets of the full blackout curtains in 96" & once received really needed 84" for 6 sets, so I have been trying to reach this company with NO success, even contacting Walmart for assistance. Telephone listed on Walmarts site just rings & states you have received a time warner customer & no voice mail setup. Wont answer my emails i send through walmarts website as stated.
