This company is a joke...when I made the careless mistake of ordering from them I discovered it on the same day and tried to cancel my order but they would not let me cancel the order nor have I received anything..they disguised themselves as Kay Jewelry Outlet.. please do not send them a dime.
Pointgoods is a Sham...they are trading off of the good names of others such as Walmart and Kay jewelry store and you don't even know that its them until your money is gone and you will never get it back!!!
Looking for a item that I ordered on 11/26/2021 # 402935773 need to get information on this order or I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.
