I ordered a balloon back chair and recieve a resin skeleton. No joke! There is no chair. The listing is false and still being advertised online. Sham!!!!
Cannot return item. Customer Service is horrible - will not respond timely, or will send "robo" responses. I paid over $280. 00 for an item, they will NOT refund.
