This company has been giving me the run around and won't refund my returned items. The items I bought said they were returnable within 30 days for full refund if unused and undamaged. I cancelled the order while in shipment to me and had the company take it back. First they claimed that I had to pay a 45% restocking fee that is no where to be found under the return policy. When I contacted them, they told me that I have to pay the restocking fee and then claimed that the items arrived damaged. I never received them, so the damage is not my fault. When I contacted Amazon support, they lied and said that I agreed to the restocking fees, which I didn't and isn't in writing anywhere. This is a terrible company and should be removed from Amazon. They practice terrible customer service on only puts themselves first.

Stay away from this company. We purchased an expensive juicer from their website. We watched videos about how the juicer works and on the website it clearly says that this juicer is used for different preparations. We tried it and it turns out in our case it could barely extract any juice. So we called the company to explain the situation and asked to return it. As they requested, we sent them a video of how we are not getting the desired result. They replied to us

with a false claim that the juicer was improperly used and they will not accept a return. They do not have a valid address and cannot be reached through the BBB.

Stay away from this company. I purchased an expensive blender from this company. When I received it it would not set level on the counter and rock back and forth and the top of the motor housing was very loose. I wanted to return it. First they wanted me to open the housing and fix it myself. I refused. Then they wanted a 30% restocking fee. I sent them videos of the problems but you could not reason with them. I returned it in original packaging and apparently the motor fell out from the loose top and scratched the jar. Now they are taking a 50% restocking fee. I gave them 1 star because I could not go negative.
