DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Had I of double checked their reviews I would never have ordered. Instead of shipping my item through a company that would have gotten it here on time, as promised, they chose one that they obviously knew ahead of time that was delayed. It was intended as a birthday gift that is now going to be at least 2 days late. I can share email messages of their replies to my message. I wish there were negative stars because this company doesn’t even deserve one.

Bought Sony A-6000 from WalMart.com. Product arrived here from Pixibytes in an A-600 0box that was supposed to be for a camera and extra lens set, meaning they separated the camera from the extra lens and sold them separately. Upon examination of the camera, I'm not sure that my "new" camera is not actually refurbished instead of new. Product arrived here in an Ebay shipping box. Complaints to WalMart have gone unaddressed.

DO NOT trust them. I purchased a camera package on walmart.com and they canceled it because the company apparently decided they didn't charge enough even after it was paid for. I could record if I wanted to pay 300$ more. Walmart.com refused to help only issued a refund stating they knew it was wrong but they couldn't do anything about it since they were a 3rd party seller even though was sold on walmart.com. They are soooo crooked.

PixiBytes Inc. gave me a bitter experience, by removing the genuine product serial number labels, from both, the box and inside the back flap of my JBL Charge3 Bluetooth Speaker, also replaced original battery and original mono speaker from the product, so what's left of it?

Check out this Nikon Authorized list of dealers. Pixibytes is not even on the list so what does that tell you. Buyer beware!

Stay away from this seller I wish I had read all this reviews before buying from this people. I ordered a 24-70 nikon lens and they sent me a 70-300. They don't check their products before shipping and then will try to blame the customers. Don't risk your money with this seller, Walmart should kick them out of their marketplace.

Crappy product crappy customer service. My item arrived broken. I have sent emails and pictures of my broken product to have no one answer me after asking for pictures of my damaged tripod. I’ll never order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else does either.

Ordered a Nikon 35mm f1.8 G DX AF-S lens and received a Nikon 35mm f2.0 D AF-S instead. PixiBytes refuses to call me back and send me the correct lens and fails to issue a return for their package. Walmart is giving me Backtalk and I am getting nowhere fast

have been trying to get money back on a battery charger 12.99 they will not get in touch with me . it does ;not work want my money back there customer service suck big time

didn't receive the mdse ordered. Box and mdse not the same
