Ordered a Christmas gift and it was broken in half. I attempted several times to obtain a replacement or a refund. They responded here and there but never resolved anything. Sad.
If I can leave no stars I would product never showed said it was delivered through FedEx that's BS
Do NOT shop here! I ordered something, they took the money, I canceled the order before it even shipped, because the wedding was OFF & months & countless emails later, still no refund! Terrible way to run a business!

Terrible customer service & thieves I guess. I ordered & then canceled the order before it even shipped, they took the money to pay for the item & 2 months later still haven't refunded it, after numerous emails saying it was being refunded in 3-5 days. Zero stars, they force you to give at least one.
I ordered an item from Walmart on 5/11/2020. The item was Aromar Egyptian Musk Air Freshener, Item # 200-56999. Order # 4032085486606 Item description: Aromar Egyptian Musk Air freshener (2 pack - 1 oz. / 30 mil) $5.49 Qty 1. I received the item but it was not a two pack like it says, got only one bottle. One bottle does not equal 2 pack. So where is my other bottle?
