From Walmart.com 3rd Party Seller (Piety Tech): I purchased this MSI GE76 and found it to be manufactured in 2022, a two year old computer without the manufacturer’s warranty, but warranted through the 3rd party seller. Neither the 3rd party seller and Walmart never disclosed in the product description that I was purchasing a two year old computer at today’s pricing. I even called the 3rd party seller prior to purchasing and nothing was mentioned they were selling a two year old computer. I called Walmart for assistance and their help in this matter, but Walmart declined to help even at the supervisor level. Walmart will not help you in matters involving 3rd party sellers. Of course I could have returned this computer for a refund, but I can never be sure now that Walmart and 3rd party sellers are providing complete and accurate descriptions on 3rd party sellers products. Walmart told me it would be better to buy specifically Walmart sold products. I expected if purchasing any product at Walmart.com and 3rd party sellers that Walmart is protecting us as customers so these issues would never occur.
