Placed my usual curbside pick up order with Walmart on 1/4/22. After reviewing it, I found they had outsourced some items to PHARMAPACKS. The quantity was WAY more than I intended, and the price was over 150% of the price in store at Walmart. I cancelled those items and sent an email doing so the SAME day, 1/4/22. I kept the email, AND their acknowledgement of receiving it. Yet, yesterday on 1/20/22 the items showed up on my porch. This is bull! Just got off the phone with my CC company to make sure PHARMAPACKS is NOT paid. I now plan to call Walmart and see what they can do, if anything. Then, I will call PHARMAPACKS, but based on the other reviews I’ve read, my expectations are not high. It’s obvious to me that this PHARMAPACKS is a scam. I’ll gladly return their items if, as I’ve already requested of them, they send me a post-paid return label, and I will NOT be paying their “15% restocking fee”. Again bull! I can’t understand why a reputable company such as Walmart even uses a SCAM outfit like PHARMAPACKS!

My advice, review your Walmart order VERY carefully before placing it. If you see an item has been outsourced to PHARMAPACKS, cancel the entire order and start again. One of my next contacts will be to the FTC or whichever Federal Agency Deal with interstate mail fraud. Like one reviewer said, wish I could give a negative star rating.

I ordered items through Walmart and the items I received was not what I had ordered. I called customer service several times to no avail. They kept telling me that they would give me a refund. But I wanted the items I had ordered. Will never order any thing from this establishment again.

Do not do business with this company. I cancelled my order prior to shipping but made the mistake of being honest when asked why it was being cancelled - lower price & receiving it in half the time. Three days later, they shipped it anyway and after I’d purchased elsewhere. Dishonest and fraudulent. Never again…

Return policy difficult. Expensive.

They overprice items that you can buy inside walmart for a fraction of the price. 1st time I used them, they sent the wrong item, never responded back. Walmart had to refund my money. This time I noticed they were pricing double for an item. I would advise against using this company!! They scam people and are horrible with communication.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered one item through Walmart and they sent the wrong item that I ordered. The invoice was correct but what they sent was completely not what I ordered. I called customer service several times to no avail. I was getting the complete run around with these people. They kept telling me that they would give me a refund and credit my Visa account and to give it away or throw it out as I had no use for what they sent. Very poor service. Will never order any thing from this establishment again. My first time ordering and the last. Shirley Miller

Pharmapacks advertised a picture of a large bottle of Crest Mouthwash for $6.43. I received a trial/travel size of Crest Mouthwash which cost probably no more than $1 or $2. I would not recommend ordering from Pharmapacks just from Walmart.com. I've sent an email to Pharmapacks and I'm contacting Walmart.com.

I ordered some items from Walmart.com which were delivered today. In the past all my Walmart.com orders came in boxed in the mail like normal. Today my items were delivered by a man in an unmarked regular car with my items in a Walmart bag. This is the first time something shipped wasn't packaged in an actual box, let alone delivered by some unknown person. While my Walmart "bag" did have a delivery sticker on it I am not happy that the items were just packaged like this. To me it appears they were taken off the (Walmart ??) store shelf, placed in a Walmart bag and someone was told to deliver to my home address. I did get an email confirmation that my items were delivered today so I (hopefully) assume they are okay to use (since they were from the Health & Beauty Department but with everything going on in the world these many days, it's still a bit unnerving to receive personal care items in this way. NOT IMPRESSED!

I purchased Perfume from them and when I got the package the cardboard was all wet inside was all wet and the perfume bottle was broken. I can’t find a phone number to contact them Walmart will not take it back!

Pharmapacks is the first company that I've ever ordered something from who didn't respond at all when they delivered an incorrect item. It has been two and a half weeks since I ordered a product which was never delivered. I would advise against using this company. I have been in contact with Walmart to try to receive what I ordered. Walmart keeps promising different things to rectify the situation but they do not follow through. I would advise against using Walmart as well. Both companies are completely incompetent at customer service.
