Customer service and satisfaction is lacking. They claim something was mailed but tracking the item does show the same information. Since they already got paid. "Not their problem" not in so many words. Only one star because it would not let me give them none

Ordered a Lancome mascara eyelash curler combo pack and it never arrived. Tracking number says it was delivered but we are home every day all day and I can guarantee that it was not.

Cannot reach anyone at the company. $25 down the toilet.

Product did not appear legitimate. The packaging did not match the "big box" store product.

Total bullshit! Spent 35.99 on a bottle of perfume that is NOT even close to the actual perfume. The box looked legit but the bottle itself had the manufacturers name on the bottle not the perfumes name....and the name was rubbing off. FRAUD! And of course I cannot refund and return because that is the Walmart policy for outside sources right now so I just literally wasted $36 dollars. Do not buy from this distributor.

This company is a complete joke and a disgrace, at best. Their sole purpose of being in business is FRAUD! Dishonest, corrupt, pathetic. NEVER give them a cent!

They sold me 4 bottles of expired deodorant. Cans were oxidized like they have been sitting in a warehouse for years.

I waited 5 days after my delivery was supposed to be delivered. I reached out several times to the company and they never got back to me. I spoke to the manager who was really rude and didn’t want to expedite the process Of resending it (resending again since USPS tracking number said it never got sent) Unless I paid out of pocket... even though, the shipment was never intimated on their part. The emails I got were short with no information than “will do thank you” and never got past that part u til I called several times. This company is nothing like what I’m used working with Walmart.

HORRIBLE. I paid 70$ for a bottle of gucci guilty and they sent me a bottle of some BS 9$ cologne! And they won't resolve the problem!

You guys canceled my order for no reason

I received a cologne order back in July and was told I would be refunded my money for the damaged/leaking bottle that I received when I sent it back. Well, it's now the end of October and I still HAVE NOT received my refund!!! I would not order or trust this company. The costumer service is horrible. $65 was taken and not returned! Not happy :-(
