I would rate them a zero if I could. I ordered an item from them via Walmart. com and I had to pay $2.60 additional postage in order to get the item from the Post Office. I will never order from you again and will make sure I tell everyone about my experience.

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my package and I still haven't received it. Send me another one!!!!

Absolutely useless customer service. They did not put the number of my street on my address when shipping the item I purchased , which caused the post office to reject it and return to the sender. The had all my correct address information and failed to use it. Luckily they refunded the item, however that is not what I wanted. I wanted the item I purchased , paid for.

I need to order larger screw for my glass knobs

I recently purchased a Blaze backpack for my 4 year old. After receiving it, we put the standard preschool supplies in it. (Light enough for a 4 year old to very easily carry.) He went to lift it up to put it away until school started and the handle snapped. I contacted Party Zealot Inc for a refund because there was no reason a quality backpack should have broken this easily, and their brief response was that there's a 20% restock fee. As if they could just put it back on the shelf and resell it when it's broken. I'm very disappointed both in the product and in their customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.
