I placed the order 9 days ago, do yourself a favor and avoid Saks' free shipping-it's a joke.

There is zero customer service nor tracking available with Pandion.

My package has been shipped by Saks and "processing" with Pandion for 6 days.

Frustrating and will not order this way again. Thank you, Saks.

They don't care about you. They will toss around and lose the package, they don't give a shit if it's an expensive item you paid good money for. I have been begging the customer support to actually give one shit about me and they do NOT. Avoid anything that uses Pandion like the PLAGUE. Do NOT order from Dell because Dell ships through Pandion, I hope that people who search Dell's shipping methods can see this post and will avoid giving them a dime until they switch to an actually legitimate and trustworthy shipping company that actually gives a shit whether or not you actually get the package.

$300+ worth of skin products from Dermstore left in the damn rain outside my garage..condo complex.. This delivery service is shi*.

Tracking update is off .. what’s the point of the tracking number if it’s not up to date..

Garbage company, their customer service is a joke, my package was “out for delivery” for 11 hours, to go 8 miles, said they attempted to deliver but never did, I was home the whole time, Melanie from customer service said she would get back to me, never did big surprise, she did say she would hold my package hostage if I didn’t watch my mouth, this is after I told her her employee lied about trying to deliver my shit, and now I still don’t have the package, Melanie’s coward ass refuses to email me back, I did send that dumb asshole screenshots of these reviews, I’m just gonna get it refunded and will do my business with anyone who DOES NOT use pandion garbage company, fuck them. Negative stars should be a thing, call them “Pandions”

Ordered from Optics Planet which is close to Chicago? Package left Batavia IL on Feb 7 destined for Knightdale NC (852 miles) and the latest updated delivery date is Feb 15. Package left Georgia on Tuesday Feb 12 at 1am and didn’t make it to NC by Wed Feb 14 according to their tracking utility. The Pandion web site boasts about 24 hour, 7 day/week, 365 day/year service but they can’t brag about fast delivery. They suck out loud. Read all of these reviews. Perfect suck ratings. My new delivery estimate is Thu Feb 15 but I wouldn’t bet a fart that it will be here then. I could have driven there and back myself in 3 days. Did I mention that they suck? Whatcha’ wanna’ bet my product arrives damaged?

How businesses are even using this trash company is beyond me. Any business using pandion absolutely hates their customers. You won't find a good review of pandion. I can tell you what your best case scenario will be with pandion. The original "expected delivery date" will be later than it ever would be with USPS. Then, when that day comes, they'll push the estimated delivery date back a day. Then, they'll push it back another day. Then probably at least one more day. So a package that should have been at your door in 3 days will have taken 7+. If you know a business is using pandion, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This absolute garbage shipping company will only go away if everyone votes with their dollars. Don't do business with anyone using pandion to ship.

Would like to leave negative stars. Horrible experience with Pandion. I won’t be buying anything from Kohl’s anymore that requires item to be shipped. I don’t want to take a chance since kohls has started using Pandion. Pandion lost two of my packages. First, orders was tracked, then all of a sudden after a week of nothing, package shown “lost” and undeliverable. Customer Service is horrendous….no phone numbers to reach live reps. These really stupid reps that you can only reach thru email all send the same canned emails stating they are so sorry but they are looking into where your package is. Need to be reported to BBB. Do not use Pandion as shipper, horrible.

Pandion should not even be in the buisness of delivery. Terrible service. Had a package delivered to my home in 2 different shipments. 1 delivery was left on the street next to my mailbox. Fortunatley a neighbor saw the package and brought it to our porch. 2nd delivery email was sent saying package was out for delivery. I opened my gate so package can be dropped off on my porch. 2nd delivery never made it. The package was sent to the local Post Office. I was notified I had a package at the post office. I was charged $10.00 for that package. WTF!!!

Do not buy anything from anyone shipping through Pandion. The only thing you will recieve is a headache. Zero stars.

Terrible is way too nice for this service. They get one star, only because zero stars isn't an option!!! The delivery date kept changing and then they just quit putting a date altogether. The detailed tracking doesn't show where the package actually is or what carrier has the package. This package was Optics Planet "Value Shipping". Not much of a value if you ask me.

Worst damn shipping experience I have ever had. Optics planet recently picked them up as a partner and my part has been missing for about a month now after being delayed and then a bogus claim that USPS had it now, it is being returned to sender but now stuck MIA in that state for another week. I can't get a replacement because I got the last one on a great sale until it ships back to OP. Long story short, do not do value shipping with optics planet as pandion sucks shit. Pay the extra for standard shipping via UPS.

I wish I could leave a zero reading all these made me understand that I wasn’t crazy because this shipping company absolutely sucks they definitely got bums in there that be stealing because my package was stuck in transit for damn near a whole week and when I go to contact support some dumb bitch named Melanie wants to lie and say “it’s safe with us “ yeah okay you lying bitch then they tell me if I don’t see any updates I have to contact them like that isn’t there job to do they got a whole bunch of dumb people working there throw the whole staff away and throw the whole company away because they fucking suck I wish I could leave a 0 because that’s all they are fucking worth shitty ass shipping company

Pandion lost my package that was shipped to me from Kohls. I placed a second order. The Second order arrived 4 wks later but not w/o frustration. My package was kept at their distribution center in Atlanta for 10 days! Psndion is the worst delivery service around. I won’t be ordering from anyone using Pandion as their delivery company again. There’s no phone number to speak to a rep when your package goes missing. The reps won’t give out any assistance. They tell you to look at the tracking info which is not accurate. Package undeliverable? I question if they have a theft issue. More customers need to file complaints with BBB. Something is off and needs to be investigated. Wish “zero” stars were an option!

Zero Stars!!! They are either completely incompetent, or liars. No business that uses this company for shipping deserves your hard earned money, when a simple online check for customer reviews reveals how they consistently operate.

I’m stunned that any legit corp would risk their customer base by using Pandaliars. Absolute madness and I’ve informed one company already that they have lost my business over it. So what if you have to pay a little more, at least you get what you pay for rather than wasting your days looking for the package that never arrives, because they say your stuff is out for delivery and in the next breath tell you “package was disposed of because it cannot be delivered or returned due to its condition. Please contact your retailer for assistance.”

This particular item was absolutely indestructible by shipping it. No way. Reeks of theft, which appears to be a common theme…

Ordered a couple of items from optics planet who apparently just started using pandion because I’ve never had a problem before. To route my package from Chicago through Flowery Branch GA to get to Nashville TN is silly enough, but the fact that they deceive folks about delivery dates me included really pisses me off. I am informing OpticsPlanet that I will no longer purchase from them or their entities as long as they use this terrible company. On top of it, I will be canceling another order that’s in the pipeline, and potentially refuse the awaited for shipment and expect a full refund if it’s not here by Monday.

Can I leave a “Zero Star” Review?

After my experience and after reading all the other reviews, No business in the world should be using this delivery service. Padion is ran by a bunch of incompetent morons that can’t keep track of nor answer any questions about where any package is. Terrible

Horrible delivery company. The customer service is horrible. No one seems to want to help. They lost my first package sent from retailer. Second package took almost 3 weeks to receive from retailer. Won’t ever buy from anyone using Pandion as delivery service. Even the second carrier they gave my package to for delivery to me took another week to deliver. Horrible horrible company. Wish I could give no stars…

I’ve had horrible experiences with this carrier. They’ve lost two of my packages (I saw lost but I truly believe the person doing the delivery just steals them)

First it was an order from Saks that was delivered to a total different zip code and then an order from Dermastore that had a picture of delivered from an abandoned gas station.

Ordered a Red Dot sight from Optics Planet that was shipped via Pandion. So far it’s been 9 days and I still don’t know when it will be delivered. Took 2 days just to go from Washington to Richmond a distance of about 60 miles. The package has been sitting in Richmond for the past 3 days with no word on when it will be forwarded on when expected delivery will be. I would give them a minus rating if I could.
