Yeah this company is the worst and Sak’s 5th Ave is even more worse for continued utilization of this company. They got me for $1500 bag. And all Sak’s will do is an investigation and refund. Someone needs to be fired and prosecuted. Cause this company employees are stealing. And this no phone number having company is behind all this theft. Rating minus 1000. I read all these reviews and they all sound like my issue. Fake delivery. Had the nerve to post a picture. All bad and highly disappointed.

I’m a Scentsy Consultant and have a very upset customer right now. According to this company’s tracking # info, they attempted to deliver the package but she requested that the package be left at the town’s post office. The customer never spoke with anyone from the delivery company nor did she leave any message saying that she didn’t want it left on her front porch. This Pandion Direct company is a total scam!!! If I could leave negative stars, I most definitely wouldn’t hesitate to do so!!!

I have an online order from Amway. Delivery has been delayed twice so far, and counting. Day 3 after order, a text message said it would be delivered this day. Nothing. They told me the item arrived in their warehouse after all trucks went out, so it will go next business day which is two days later. So Day 5, I receive a text message saying it would be delivered today. Nothing at the end of the day. I ask customer service, and they said there was a driver problem and a routing problem. They asked me to confirm address. I said, hey if you have a routing problem, I shouldn't have to find out by contacting customer service. You should be proactive and tell me. They said they'll schedule me for the next day. So still waiting on the package.

Placed an order with Dermstore on June 30. Received notification on July 3 that the order was "in transit" with Pandion. It's now July 12 and when I contact Dermstore they said the package has been lost in transit. Negative stars.

Zero star rating - Very disappointed with a delivery received today from Kohl’s via Pandion shipping. The package reeked of marijuana which seeped into packaging and clothes delivered reek. Kohls will replace. My concern is Pandion had employees driving around high - and the danger that poses as well as the disregard for the damage caused indirectly to packages they deliver. I would never recommend Pandion and put a complaint in with Kohls hoping they don’t use them anymore.

My order from Kohl's was sent out and was to be delivered on May 22.

On May 23 I checked where my package was and it was noted that my order was being returned but didn't give a reason. I have never had any problems with any Kohl's orders in the past. I called Kohl's and was told that I would have to reorder. This is a real inconvenience as the ordered clothes were needed by the 24th. Totally unacceptable. Would give zero stars if I could.

I am an independent Scentsy consultant and have been expecting an order. It was scheduled to be delivered today 4/20/23. When I checked the status this afternoon it had not said out for delivery yet. I checked when I got home and it was out for delivery. It also stated that the driver arrived at the address and no one arrived, they are also returning my package. I don't understand why it is being returned and from reading the reviews it doesn't look like I will get an answer anytime soon. Terrible service and hope that Scentsy will discontinue the use of this carrier.

I ordered Tory Burch Sandals for over $200 from Saks Fifth Avenue, Pandion claimed they attempted delivery on the 8th which is a lie, I work from home and no delivery was attempted. There is no way to talk to a real person by phone and they only offer email services. Which are terrible, slow and redundant. This issue has been going on since April 5th now, I have no Tory Burch Sandals, no refund and no answer from Pandion as to why. HORRIBLE "Company" personally I think his place steals your high value items and sells them on EBAY or something. SCAM ZERO STARS

I too ordered from Sak’s. Pandion claimed that they attempted delivery and then sent my package back to Sak’s. Except that both my mom and I were home all day, including during the time they claimed that they attempted delivery, and no one ever knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. This is by far the absolute shittiest shipping service on the planet! 0 stars!

I had never heard of Pandion either until I placed a 3 item order from Kohls on March 26. Order was to arrive March 29-April 3. I never once received the usual notification of my order or the shipping status. April 4 I used the help feature on the Kohls website to track and ask about my shipment - said it was labeled March 29, sent out for delivery, received at a Pandion facility then sent back to the facility. A woman with Pandion messaged me and said she would look into it, said they could not locate it and to contact my retailer for a refund. I stopped in the local Kohls store yesterday and asked customer service about it. He had never heard of Pandion and said I would have to call the number on the back of my Kohls credit card, he said my order shows that it is permanently lost. I called today (April 8) to the number on the credit card, got someplace out of the country, I told him it showed up on my computer and the store rep that it was permanently lost. He said it was being returned to sender and once it was received I would see a credit on my card within 30 days. I asked him how it would be received if it was permanently lost. He gave me $5 Kohls cash for the inconvenience. I hope Kohls does not expect me to pay for this on my next statement. I guess I will no longer be ordering from Kohls online. That stinks because I wear a petite woman's size and they don't carry my size shoe in the store. Hoping this turns out well:\

I placed an online order with Kohls. Half the order came USPS over a week ago. Still waiting on the rest of the order. Maybe tomorrow? That means it took 2 weeks to receive my order. If I could give this Pandion shipping no stars, I would. I will not be ordering from Kohls again.

I bought merchandise from Kohls and never received it. The Pandion shipping bar code indicated the truck was at my house at a certain time and day. Of course, they weren’t. Each day my order is on the truck and then returns to sender. Kohls customer service canceled and credited my order. They couldn’t explain what was happening with the order.

I won’t waste my time ordering merchandise from the Kohl’s online site.

I have placed 5 orders with Kohls over the past 3 months (some are re-orders) and all were to be delivered by Pandion. NOT ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE! I have contacted Kohl's and Pandion to complain. I have only gotten refunds but NO GOODS. Can't speak to anyone over the phone from Pandion. I get random email responses stating this is unacceptable and they are marking the items missing and looking into it. All items are leaving the Quakertown, PA facility. Each one goes missing after leaving. Every day the day gets extended on when the item will arrive- never arriving. WHAT IS GOING ON? I also have no choice who gets assigned my delivers from Kohls - FEDEX, UPS, USPS all arrive- not Pandion. I can't even find a phone number to call the headquarters to complain. Is this a fraudulent company, scamming and reselling items?
