I purchased an RCA Voyager 7in Tablet. The battery wouldn't hold a charge and it overheated when charging. Never again will I purchase their products And they gave me a difficult time trying to return the item. I'm not happy!!!!!
This place is junk. I ordered a package from them and paid a little extra for it to be delivered. The day arrived when it was supposed to be delivered and they said that it never got shipped. For anyone else who has ordered something from these people I feel sorry for you.
Hello I have order an oculus quest on your website on Friday and OnSaturday I canceled the order. I emailed the 3rd party wholesaler (Panda Rover) regarding my cancellation and they told me that the order doesn’t exist. I emailed back showing proof of purchase and now I haven’t got an email back. I’m starting to think Panda Rover is a Scam site.
I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Tablet., and it was sent by Panda Rover as the company in charge. I paid full price for the tablet and had been instructed that it would have a stylus pen as a standard item. I recently received the tablet minus the pen, I would like to have a stylus, please, otherwise I'd like to start processing a return and a refund. I cannot in good conscience give a fair rating until this matter is rectified.
