PAE Distributing

I ordered Ariens snowblower non-abrasive skid shoes from Amazon. PAE Distributing shipped the skid shoes and sent the wrong skid shoes, which I received 02/25/2023. They sent steel skid shoes, which I did not order. Had I known Amazon would have PAE Distributing fill the order, I would have purchased directly from the Ariens website, or purchased at Lowe's Hardware Store. Now, I have to go through the trouble of returning the incorrect item and drop off at the nearest Post Office. Not happy about that. I asked PAE Distribution for a full refund, or send me the correct Ariens skid shoes. Time will tell. Not sure when I will receive a full refund or correct skid shoes? If possible, I will update this review whenever I get a response from PAE Distribution.

Ordered two sets of lawn mower blades received one have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks no answers no reps would not recommend.

PAE is selling items they never had in stock to begin with. Scummy seller will make a bogus tracking number, preventing the order from being cancelled by the buyer, then leave your order sitting in limbo for a week+. Never doing business with PAE again!

very bad service, left phone messages / no return calls

Walmart left two e-mails to company / no message back

not worth the one star on rating sheet

i ordered and paid for a part from PAE thru walmart july

i got the wrong part sent to me in 3 days

i have been waiting a month now for PAE to respond and make this right

ordered a 16" bar and chain - received a 14" bar and chain that will not work on my saw

PAE -WORST EVER _ DO NOT BUY FROM

walmart will not stand behind the sale and they will blame the "3rd party seller"

ONE MONTH _ STILL NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES

how many people do have to go thru this?? millions? thats a lot of money tied up in walmarts hands
