Ordered DML MOISTURIZING LOTION 16 oz. bottle. Delivered in #1 eco>Lite Kraft Bubble Mailer. The bottle cap was loose and the mailer envelope had at least 1oz of lotion all over the container and the bottle. Needless to say. The contents were compromised, possibly contaminated. VERY ANNOYED! Had to go buy somewhere else, could not wait for replacement, if replacement was even possible.

Package received as ordered, 3 days prior to earliest-projected delivery estimate, happy customer to balance some of the awful online reviews. Came via DHL, at very competitive pricing, with US Postage Paid Global Mail.

I ordered a face cream--sells for about $10 normally. Invoice when it arrived jumped to $21.23. They said we won't take it back; you agreed to the price. Can't find this cream anywhere for near that amount. Still on Amazon for about $10. Refused to make it right. I agree: avoid these guys at all costs!!

I ordered Shower to Shower bath powder on 8/7/22. I received an EMPTY package. They sent me an email saying the package was delivered so their obligation was complete. I wrote back and told them I got an EMPTY package and wanted my money back. I guess I can kiss that money good-bye. Thank heavens Walmart refunded half of the money. But I won't be ordering from Walmart online again

I purchased an item from OTCRx4U (using Walmart's website) but I never received it. When I look-up the tracking number on the USPS website, it says USPS received shipping label information but no package. Because I waited over 30 days to request a refund, OTCRx4U refused to return my money. OTCRx4U took my money but I got nothing.

Ordered some vitamins through Walmart. The package came with half of what I ordered. I tried to call, but they don't answer the phone, and the voice mailbox was full. So I sent an email - one week later no reply. NOT ADVISED TO USE THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered an item for $6.49 and never received the item. Vendor said they sent it through the USPS, USPS send it was delivered. Company said nothing they could do for me, Basically, they called me a liar and a thief. I question now if they ever sent the item. Only have their word and based on the above comments their word does not seem to be much. I am going to file complaint with Wal Mart also. They need to know what this vendor is doing. I am giving them one star just to give a rating but they do not even deserve one star.

I received a sealed, empty package in the mail. No packing slip - nothing at all!

Seller cancelled order after shipment. Walmart marketplace is the worst, they don't do anything about these bad faith sellers. I will never use Walmart marketplace again.

Very late. Like others said, it appears they generate shipping labels and then it doesn't actually ship. Item was wrapped in plastic rather than packed in a box, so there was damage upon arrival. DO NOT BUY from this seller.

Been waiting over 2 weeks to receive an order from these guys &, despite complaining twice, no one seems to know what is going on. These guys clearly don't care about their customers & I'm confused as to why Walmart continues to do business with a company who has a 1 out of 5 star rating?

I ordered a Tie Dye kit from this seller on Walmart Marketplace. I placed the order on May 8, and the estimated arrival was May 18. On May 19, I got notification that the product had shipped, but I believe the seller had only created a label and not actually sent the package out. It is now 8 days later, and the package has not made any progress. It still just says "Tues May 19, 2:25 AM Just Shipped North Bergen, NJ." I am afraid this is a scam because they claimed to have shipped the item, and the money has been withdrawn from my account.

This company doesn't deserve a rating my package was broken and a 5 day wait for a partial return but I keep the item. Sorry but my package is freaking broken and pens are broken in spots as well. This is bull crap. All I'm saying.

Avoid at All Costs!!!!! Worst Marketplace order to date. Shipping label was made right on time. I checked the tracking 24 hrs later, it said USPS was still awaiting item. Okay, happens sometimes. 48 hrs later, same thing. We are now 24 hrs from the end of the delivery range. That day ends and still USPS does not have the item. I wait a few days, still nothing on tracking, so I sent them a message asking where the package was 5 days after it was supposedly shipped. They responded the next day, trying to feed me some bull about the package being in transit and that it would arrive within the window listed on the website. This was chronologically impossible as we were already three days past the delivery window and tracking clearly showed it wasn’t in transit yet. Contacted them again three days later because at this point tracking still isn’t showing that it’s left their possession. They once again lied, trying to blame the delay on the pandemic, except tracking clearly showed that they were the ones who waited to get it to the shipping partner of USPS that they were using. In total, it took them eight days to get the package from making a label to actually handing it off to be shipped. Thus, my package was 8 days late. Worst Marketplace order to date. Avoid them at all costs.

Total ripoff! The ad said I would get 6 (six) 1.2oz pouches of glucose gel for $11.25 and they only sent 1 pouch. Who would pay over $11 for 1 pouch?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESELLER. They are theives. They overcharge, undership and refuse to rectify the situation. I lost money. They are a complete NIGHTMARE.
