Missing lots of pieces to assemble
My experience online was very negative. No customer service, order was lost in transit. Filed dispute with my creditor and receive my money back.
very unprofessional. i’ve emailed the company for over a week about an item a i ordered 3 weeks ago and have not been answered . i highly do not recommend.
I bought a set of stools. One seat spilt open after one use. They made me send them photos, warranty info, part numbers and they still won't replace the stool. I don't recommend the seller nor the product.
Item arrived in a torn box . Four of the metal bars are bent . Metal tray is bent ,Not what I was expecting I would not recommend buying this item get one of the brands NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ONE BIG OUTLET
