SELLER IS A SCAMER WITH A BBB RATING 'F'!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"

So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEM

This is their response to my email I sent to them.

Dear Susan Fisher,

The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap the package carefully in the original manufacturer’s packaging

2. Return the item(s) to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier.

3. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.

4. Provide us with the tracking number/s of the return. The tracking will be on the receipt provided by your shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.

NOTICE:

A. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.

B. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

C. Customers are responsible for returns to any address other than instructed.

We generally complete the inspection of returned goods within two business days of receipt in our warehouse and process the refund. It may take 2 to 3 additional business days for the refund to credit to your account.

Ordered a computer deck through Walmart.com and it was shipped and sold by OJcommerce the third-party seller. When we got the large box, it was the wrong item as they sent a console table not the computer desk we ordered. The box was ripped open on the side and when we started taking the many parts out of the box to assemble the computer desk, we thought we received we realized there was glass shelf in the box, and it was the wrong item. We called the company and told them we do not have carton sealing tape to seal back the box and we could not get all the parts back into the box. the company OJcommerce told us tough luck drive somewhere and buy the tape at our expense and if anything was damaged on the return back to them, we would be charged for the damage and also charged a re-stocking fee when they sent us the WRONG ITEM!

They then tried to offer us a $47.00 refund to keep the item we did not want and did not order and never mentioned if they would even ship the correct item. Now all the burden of packing the box again buying carton sealing tape to fix the box and seal it falls on us as well as getting it back to them undamaged when we did not order or want this item they sent. Horrible company do not buy anything from them as you will get ripped off and probably get the wrong item sent. This terrible company did not even acknowledge they sent the wrong item just sent us a return label and no sorry or anything else. If you like getting the wrong item and working for free for OJcommerce then buy from them if you want the item, you ordered, and no headaches DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just a word of caution and our experience.

MY FULL REFUND FROM WAL-MART HAS POSTED MY ACCOUNT.  HOWEVER, FOR THE REASONS EXPLAINED BELOW, OJ COMMERCE SHOULD NOT HAVE A PRESENCE ON THE WAL-MART PLATFORM - SEE PICTURES OF MY DAMAGED ITEMS ON YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND YELP ALONGSIDE OJ COMMERCE MISLEADING RETURN POLICY!!!

As I indicated last week, I would receive a FULL REFUND on the damaged nightstands received from OJ Commerce.  To date, I have in fact received my refund in FULL. See attachment.  Because OJ COMMERCEs return policy is a misrepresentation of good will to the unassuming customer, which on the Wal-Mart platform indicates refunds are permissible, but then on your page the return policy states refund or replacement. OJ Commerce should immediately correct the misleading return policy directly on Wal-Mart Marketplace platform to state that customers will be HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT OF ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT ITEM OF THE SAME.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  It shouldn't be at your discretion for a customer to accept replacement for items so easily damaged and so cheaply made it crushes during shipping transit.  This is unconscionable.  Coupled with the fact that my items were both received crushed and you expected I pay $500 shipping costs to return $581 items., why would anyone pay OJ Commerce for low quality crushed furniture?  I recently read all of the OJ Commerce reviews, and shame on OJ Commerce for not honoring commitments.  Because of the irresponsible manner in which my case was handled by OJ Commerce, Wal-Mart took very good CARE of me and made me whole after I shared my photos, the email and voicemail communication whereby OJ Commerce Representatives gave conflicting information, some stating a refund would be granted, while others saying it would not.  Nonetheless, I took to social media platforms to post all pictures and correspondence of the matter.  OJ Commerce should not have a presence on the Wal-Mart platform because of the way you administer returns that are no fault of the customer, and many customers agree who have viewed and liked the photos of my damaged nightstands and your return policy on YELP, Instagram, YouTube. FaceBook, Snapchat, and the Better Business Bureau.  I hope this sends a clear message to OJ Commerce that what you do to customers with regards to the return of damaged items is wrong on every level.  I am pleased that all my post received the attention NEEDED to make sure other customers do not have to withstand what OJ Commerce put me through.  Like I mentioned last week, this was about the principal of matters, and OJ Commerce chose to penalize me, versus help solve a simple problem.  For these reasons, I hope that Wal-Mart does in fact elect to permanently revoke your seller privileges and remove you from their platform.  You don't deserve to be there, my pictures is real time proof, along with what other customers have been saying for years on OJ Commerce reviews.  At the end of the day, it wasn't about the money, it was about what was right, and my full refund was an added bonus!  Thanks to Wal-Mart!!!! ZERO STARS TO OJ COMMERCE!!!!  Don't know how you stay in business, especially since you made no effort to make me whole and Wal-Mart paid for OJ COMMERCE error.  OJ Commerce should BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, YOU SHOULD NOW REIMBURSE WAL-MART FOR THE ERRORS OF YOUR WAYS!

The worst company I have ever bought from online. I purchased a coffee table that did not have the right parts and didn't match the photos. It didn't match the measurements that they had on the website either. The return policy was horrible and they made it very difficult for me even though it was their mistake. I ended up losing money after having to donate the table to goodwill since they required me to ship it in the original box back to get a full refund. I recycled the cardboard box. I strongly advise against buying from this company. I'm actually really surprised that Walmart allows them to sell on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM OJ COMMERCE. It will look great in a photo but the products will be of poor quality and more than likely not the same product that they advertise.

Struggling to get them to get the return process going..Been back and forth on the phone with them and yet no shipping return label has been sent..I have no idea where to send it..They keep saying they need 48 hours to let me know if they or I am paying for the return..After all they advertised the item as gray when in reality it's taupe..

Terrible seller! The return process feels like scam. .They sold me an item with free shipping but the return cost and handling is on the customer no matter how much I explained to them that the product is poorly made and caused me lower back pain for days!!! I couldn't return the item because the price of the item is around $35 and shipping return cost is $100 which is on me. Not only that they will send you two emails at the same time which makes you think if two people are handling the same return. They also will open a return ticket for you then they close it within two days if you didn't email them the tracking number for the return even though you have 10 days for them to get the product.

Avoid purchasing from OJCommerce if you are not certain you'll love the product. Return process is terrible. You get a automatic email reply, try calling and be prepated to wait 15 minutes only to be told leave a message. They do not assist with the logistics of the return, nor cover the cost for return. You are literally on your own! The cost savings on the purchase is eaten up with return shipping costs & your time getting the product to/from a shipping carrier.

Terrible seller, do not buy from. Advertised 2 pairs of Woodlore Cedar shoe trees for $40.00 but only shipped one. When I complained they said they were only sold as 1 pair. This is nonsense as they sell on the Woodlore site for $24.99 per pair. Avoid these scammers.

Won’t allow returns to Walmart stores, despite selling on Walmart.com. Charges a 20% restocking fee on unopened returns. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Terrible customer service! Sold me an item at one price and then canceled my order and raised the price. Refuses to honor the original price.
