Local Walmart, Enterprise, Al. couldn't even help with phone plan or sim cards. Waste of time, just out $$$
Asked for order to be cancelled within 30 minutes of ordering it. 3 days later it was shipped to me anyway.
Walmart you have plenty of knowledge of this businesses bad dealings with poor quality and zero customer service....yet you still sell their products. Also, the companies very bad rating with BBB.
Shame on you!!! Get rid of this company. They are tarnishing your record.
I ordered one apple iPhone 8 unlocked on 08/03/2020 and one black casing. Total cost $317.84. I only receive the phone. When will I get my phone casing please.
I bought a phone went to boost to activate. She told me it caint be hooked up because it only a showcase phone. Need to return and get my money tried on line not working. Help please
Just Terrible. I ordered a iPhone in good condition that was to be unblocked. Received the Phone and it was blocked. Tried email , called 3 times over 2 days and no response.
The Invoice that comes with the phone gives you a email: [email protected], no response. Web site says contact via: [email protected] , no response.
On my way to get a different phone and to send this back for a refund. I guess I wont get the $19.00 shipping cost back.

They sent my phone to another address and they were not responsible, do not buy here, they have a bad reputation. I lost my money
I ordered a Blue Vivo One cell phone from OG wireless. After using it for less than 30 minutes in setup, the phone started flashing on and off and pixelating (signs of a defective screen). OG wireless did not pickup the phone upon calling them and my expectations for this phone were severely disappointed as it was a gift to my mother.
