unable to confirm order
Thank you to reviewers for giving me a heads up before I attempted an order. I called their contact # listed (https://www.officecurb.com/ContactUs.aspx), same as reviewer Steve, (844) 633-2872 and got recording "call cannot be completed as dialed," twice. Tested my phone and was successful calling other #s so it's not my phone.
Ordered 3 weeks ago, still do not have my order. On their website, they list their contact phone number as (844) 633-2872. When you call it, a message says this number is no longer in service. On their website, it shows "live chat", however it did not work when I tried to use it.
NEVER order from this site. Placed an order and after a couple of weeks sent an email and requested a tracking number. Was first told it was in route, then when I did receive any packages or tracking number was told it was going to ship that day. It has been over a month, no package, no response from the company. When you call no matter what extension you push the recording is the same that they are not available right now. If I could give a negative star rating that is what it would be.
