Ordered a seasonal item from this party through Walmart. Used it for two days before it was packaged up and stored for next year. Got it out and the item no longer functioned as it had. Reached out to customer service and was basically told too bad. Clearly a business running off the hope no one reads their terrible reviews before giving them their money.

Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered two sets of bubbles to give out to my preschool class and I was sent Christmas bags instead. I emailed them twice no response. I printed out the return label and sent it back two weeks ago and still no refund and no response from the company!! Terrible company!!! I had to order what I needed from Amazon. I will never order from Walmart when they use a 3rd party to deliver. I haven't heard anything from Walmart either. Walmart needs to vet these companies no excuse!! I want my refund and the company will not respond!!

I ordered a plush barn with horses and a boy 3 weeks ago. It has still not been delivered. Delivery date was 12-10-2020. Have not gotten a refund or gift. No email regarding my purchase. Ordered through Walmart. Im not a happy customer.

Purchased an table that was in stock for my toddler on Dec 5th through Walmart and received deliery confirmation of Dec 9th. However, It wasnt shipped until Dec 9th! No delay notifications!!

Did not deliver as promised. We live in NY. Item originated in NY. Was sent to Nj. And on the day delivery was to be made, was sent to Kentucky! . We Paid for expedited shipping. Our holiday was ruined by not being able to spend it with family. Now we have to explain to our daughter why the easter bunny didn’t come to her house. Shameful .

My great-grandson received this from me for Christmas and the remote control does not work. we have put new batteries in it twice it doesn't work at all we would like a new remote sent to the address that I had this order sent to so that he can enjoy his Christmas present for me. Should have read the reviews before I ordered cuz they're not good.

I had to speak to a representative named Jacob Kleinman regarding canceling an order due to putting the wrong address by mistake. Jacob was rude and unprofessional and asked me what did I want him to do now because that was not his fault the address was wrong. I asked for his manager and owner information and he declined to give it to me and hung up on me. I will never order anything from Walmart that has to be delivered from this 3rd party.
