I mistakenly bought AMD Ryzen™ 5 7600X 6-Core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor from Amazon. I asked Nutrend to stop the order. They wouldn't. It was a week late, and in order to return it, they wanted me to pay for shipping, insurance, and a restocking fee. This has turned into an ordeal. They use Amazon to sell their items but don't offer Amazon service. They lie and say their orders are on time when they aren't. I would not purchase from this company. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a light from the Walmart site that used this company. i called back soon after making the order to change the shipping address.

i was told it was best to cancel the order and order again with the new address. So we did that. Within a week I got 2! When I called, they said it had not been canceled and I would have to be responsible for shipping it back. Then they would email me a return number which never happened until I called back. Seems like a slip-shot group. I wish I had read the comments about them before dealing with them. I am almost afraid to ship it back since I may never see my refund! Very surprised and disappointed in this company!

0 out of 5 change price of item from 12 dollars to 48 dollars after I had paid for it. So i only received 1 pack instead of 4 that i requested.

Tons of trouble with a refund, I don't think Nutrend would have helped at all but when I had trouble getting a response from them Walmart.com contacts seemed to push things along. Still even with Walmart I kept being told my refund was issued and in three separate instances it wasn't and I still haven't received a refund for a $325 item. I spent so much time photographing, corresponding with Nutrend and then Walmart to try and resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible and it has dragged out. Nutrend tried to indicate billing, shipping and other fees would be charged to me for a refund on a defective item which I indicated on receipt had problems, only by going through Walmart was this adjusted. And only possibly adjusted as I still haven't received the refund! Very frustrated with Nutrend and this Walmart order.

So I ordered Rip Tide Gatorade through Walmart and apparently this company is the third party supplier. Did I receive Gatorade? Hell no. I received two packages of black cable ties. I immediately contacted Walmart, but was redirected to this company. After providing photos of the box, tracking label, receipt from inside the box and the cable ties, I was told I could return the items for a refund. Here's the company's response to my email:

Thank you for providing me the pictures. As of this moment there might be some issues with our warehouses. Therefore, if I issue you a replacement, the same problem might happen again. I will recommend you return the items for a full refund at this time. As a "courtesy" (???) they are providing me with a return UPS label. I have no intention of taking time off from work to find a UPS store and drop off a box containing a product I did not order.

If you make a purchase on-line through Walmart, make sure your product in not coming from this company.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

I never received the product that I ordered. When I complained they told me that they had issued a refund, which turns out to be a bold face lie. They emailed me some fake receipt that did not even have a date on it and told me that it was not there problem any longer.

No one answers the phone at Nutrend Automotive, Walmart cannot contact them. I purchased a $1000.00 generator through Walmart, suppose to deliver by tomorrow, carrier does not recognize the tracking number, nor does it have any product under my name or address.

Nutrend must be a China manufacture. Hope Trump wins and get rid of these worthless businesses.

I didn’t receive the bike I bought. I want the difference between the bikes. It’s a $40
