Nurse Gold and Amazon are pure thieves. My wife ordered a gold chain for me for our anniversary. The package was delivered in a sealed UPS box and a sealed package inside. There was a box that my wife opened and there was no chain and no packing slip. My wife called Nura Gold and was told it was probably opened by UPS and they stole the chain. They refused to do anything. Similar experience with Amazon who has refused to do anything. If you want to get ripped off and pay for a product that you will never receive. Then order from them.

had the worst customer service! Ordered a necklace on August 16th and received August 19, 2022, wore it maybe a week and a half, clasp started having malfunctions so I sent it back for a refund via 2 day delivery UPS. Because of the value of the shipment, I had to purchase additional insurance. Package was delivered on September 2, 2022. I called to check status of refund on September 4th, Amazon reps indicated that package was not delivered, even after I emailed them proof of delivery confirmation. Told me that since I did not use the seller return slip (prepared by seller to be sent back USPS and not UPS) that I would not be getting a refund. Amazon reps even told me that I even had the necklace longer than 30 days and that I was not entitled to a refund!! Hello, from August 19-August 30 IS NOT 30 DAYS! From Amazon, it was just a lie after lie; excuse after excuse seems like just to keep me from being entitled to a refund. Amazon reps even told me basically that there was nothing they could do and there was no reason for me to contact them any longer. OK! Then on day #5---the seller is going to reach out to me to tell me that I will not be getting a refund because the merchandise want in the shipment that was sent back!!! What in the world?? I've had this kind of harassment and run-arounds, and now, you gonna tell me that crap?? Mr. Seller, you have lost your mind! Don't play me like that! And then has the nerve to tell me that I need to file claim with UPS. Lol...I don't know what or who to believe! I don't know if the package was mishandled by UPS or is the seller trying to get over on me? Best believe, I've filed a claim but its not against UPS! I would not recommend this company OR AMAZON to ANYBODY!
