This company is the worst At customer service I’ve ever come across.

I ordered two dresses from Walmart and although it looked good on the website when I received them the material was cheap and unflattering.

I went onto the Walmart website to start a return and I sent both dresses in two of the Ziploc bags they send in the same box on the same day and I was credited for one dress about 3 weeks later.

They keep emailing me asking for the tracking number and if I don’t send it in and then they’re not going to refund me.

I’ve sent them pictures of the tracking number pictures of the dresses pictures of my gift card where there’s only one dress that’s refunded and they still keep telling me they refunded it but they haven’t.

I can assure you the customer service people at this company are not in the United States, The employees are obviously outsourced and you can definitely tell by the way they communicate in their emails.

Do not buy from this company please, they are The WORST customer service representatives ever. This company and these workers do not give a crap about making things right.

I attempted to return item purchased through Walmart. Item says returnable to store-YES. NOBLEFU refused to accept return & offered 15% of value, then 20% of value in refund to keep item. I wanted to return for a FULL refund. I would have paid postage. Complete scam. Run away from this company. Do not buy. Terrible customer service.

This company is a scam. I tried to return an item and was told that they would give me 15 percent refund and keep the item. I could gove it to someone else or resell the item myself. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I did an oops and ordered chair covers, my fault I was going fast an thought I was getting chairs, that's on me. What's on them is very poor customer service. I emailed them to over 2 days to hear back. All they said was if u don't want it to refuse parcel. No info about a refund or nothing. I'm also going to complain to Walmart.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESELLER..

I ordered FOUR lights from them. They sent TWO, and claimed I only ordered two. Walmart contacted them on my behalf FIVE time and each time provided proof that I had ordered FOUR lights, but the company refused the send the rest of the order. They dont speak English, and will only provide about 4 words of reply.

After weeks of them only replying with "you order 2 lights", even after countless emails directly from walmart, I was forced to ask for a refund.

Didn't have any problems. I ordered a robe from them on January 1st. Delivery date was from January 8 to 14th. It was delivered on the 9th.

My order was placed Dec 10th. At that time I was given a Dec23rd delivery date. The package never showed. I messaged them Dec 30 or 31st.( to cancel the order) Then I started getting messages that it would be delivered Jan 1, then Jan 2nd. It finally showed up Jan 6th. It was a Santa Top, a gift. I ordered a size 2x ( I read that they run small) They sent me a 5x!!!! Its larger then most night shirts I owe!. I will never order from them again!

It’s unfortunate that this seller has many unsatisfied customers. I love a couple dresses I’d like to purchase, but after reading the negative reviews, I will have to forgo these because I don’t need anymore stress in my life! I can live without the adorable dresses. I think I’ll survive!

I placed 3 orders through this company for Xmas gifts. The first pkg was delivered in another city and other 2 pkgs have not arrived yet. They do not answer phones when Walmart tried to call them about this. I suggest Walmart find another seller

I really wish I'd have checked the reviews on this company. I have the same problem as so many others who revised. I ordered a 3D unicorn night light w/remote for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It's been over 2 weeks, was slotted to be here before Christmas Eve, and never showed. Then I checked Walmart.com and it says it was delivered yesterday with another package from another seller. That package was left in my mailbox, but this one DIDN'T ARRIVE. I checked on something on the internet and read (sometimes orders are put in delivered status before delivered) I can't image a company that handles business practices in this manner. Shouldn't that be classified FRAUD? I SAY YES, IT SHOULD. Going to call and demand refund.

I ordered a chair slipcover on 12/03/20. Received an email stating my item had shipped on 12/05/20. It’s now 12/22/20 and I have yet to receive my package. When I checked Walmart and USPS tracking, my package was shown as delivered on 12/21/20 to an address in Springfield, Mo. My package was obviously delivered to someone else because I don’t live in Springfield, Mo. I should’ve check the reviews on this company before ordering. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Wouldn't even give one star if I could.... I'm still waiting for a package to be delivered that was supposed to arrive over a week ago!!! Won't order from here again and suggest that no one else does either!! Will update this rating if I ever actually see my order, but from reading other reviews it's not likely.
