If there is any chance that you would return a product to this company, do so without expecting a refund because it will be a waste of your time. The item was not as pictured. The way it was sewn together the print in the bust area really stood out because the pattern where it was sewn together did not line up at all and it made that area oddly stand out. I just wanted to exchange the item for one that did not look so odd. I paid the return shipping to send it back but they never gave a refund or exchange. I wasted a lot of time corresponding with them by email. I spent over a year trying to work with the company for a resolution but was unsuccessful. This was purchased through Walmart.com so I reached out to them also. They did try to help by contacting the company but they told the Walmart associate that a return was out of the stipulated return or exchange time plus they could not even find the order on their system and that they have not received a returned item from me. I guess it was out of return time now that I have spent over a year trying to resolve this..... but the item was returned four days after receiving it. I also found it a little strange that they never mentioned to me that the item was not returned during our year of correspondence. They did offer a partial refund(not even half of the original cost) and for me to keep the item, which I declined. I could not do anything with the shirt. I was not about to wear it and I also would not sell it to anyone knowing the way it looks on. I finally told them that I would accept the partial refund (anything is better than nothing) and they just stopped responding to me. DO NOT order from this company because they do not stand behind what they say. The only reason this is a one-star is that there is no option for zero stars.

Very Disappointed! Ordered almost a month ago. Tracking showed on it was in transit from Ca. the whole time. Once contacted they sent a different inferior item. That merchandise lacked tags and was a different design, style, material and pattern from what was ordered. It even looked worn and not new. Then they marked the order as delivered with a picture of the shirt that I had actually ordered. When contacted again I was told

that the item had been delivered. No it wasn’t. It was the wrong merchandise one month later. Still waiting to hear back to get the correct merchandise or a refund!

I ordered 2 tops thru Walmart.com and although it took a while to get them I did get them both and I really like them. Just wish I could of received them sooner.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 tops, my card was billed. I only received 1 top, but showed 3 were delivered. When I contacted them, they stated they were each shipped seperately, however, they had reshipped the 2 tops....still NO TOPS. They claimed the 2 tops had the same tracking number, which is bullsh##. I will be working on getting my money back, which is doubtful. Wal-Mart.com is no help either. When I tried to contact them, I was told via chat that it would be about an hour wait to get someone to speak with!! Like I have an hour to sit and wait around. Seriously???? This is a rip off/scam company from God only knows where. Wal-Mart should be ashamed to even have them on the website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 5 shirts. Only 2 were shipped, but my order status shows all were shipped in one package. I have just lost $50.76. What a joke!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

Terrible company! I ordered 4 shirts, 3 were shipped together so it said and I received one and the other one I have never received. Can’t find any contact information so I lost almost $40. The one I did receive is very thin and cheap!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Boy, they sure are making millions off of all of us, that's for sure. Ordered a while ago, they NEVER sent the shirt and Walmart won't help me either. I am sick of this crap! Why would they deal with this awful company. I am filing a BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU complaint! Awful!

I ordered 2 vests one red and one green when I got the package they were both green. I ordered mediums, one of them came as a large they are both WAY to big. I can not return to Walmart and will have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee of 20% if I chose to return. So upset about this!!! Also there was no invoice or return label in the package and when it arrived it was wet...it hasn't rained in weeks! Can not find a number to call as speak with someone about getting the correct size and color. This is so annoying and such a bad company!

Worst Company ever! Their merchandise is cheaply made and not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund which was approved by Wal Mart, but NLife LLC refuses to comply with, in fact the are completely ignoring me! Don't do business with them!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I wish I would have read all of the terrible reviews before I ordered a vest. In trying to return, the company contact information is no where to be found. The vest is super boxy and short. Extremely disappointed and recommend that no one buy from this company. There is a 20% restocking fee $4.95 return fee. RIDICULOUS!!!! This company deserves an enormous minus rating, but I have to choose 1 star to send it.

Beware of purchasing this brand through Walmart. While in the Walmart app I saw this cute top and like most online purchases, I was unsure of sizing. I ordered a medium & large assuming I would return the one that didn't fit to the Walmart nearest me. No where during the ordering process does it say that clothing ordered from them MUST be returned to Nlife directly, and that you will have to pay return shipping AND a restocking fee. For my $16 shirt, that didn't fit, I am only receiving a refund of $6.50. Know that since you are purchasing from Nlife LLC, Walmart will not honor returns. Like others have stated here, the items arrived with no invoice, return label, NOTHING. I had to go to my Walmart.com account and do the return process through there and that is how I discovered I am getting less than 50% of what I paid for one shirt. Ridiculous.

Thanks to everyone who left a review...you saved me a lot of hassle, as I had a swimsuit in my cart but stopped to read these reviews before completing my order. Definitely NOT going to order anything from this company.

Terrible! Ordered 3 shirts and not the same quality as in the picture. Tried to return at walmart and they wouldn't take it. They gave me Nlife info and I have called 3 times for a return label and still have not gotten one. Very hard to communicate and understand the people answering the phones

This company is horrible. You can not find an email or contact form for returns. I will make sure from now on that I'm not doing business with a 3rd party dealer for Walmart.com can't believe they do business with this type of company.

You guys suck at returning options I have 2 bathing suits that I ordered an they dont fit me an nowhere is there an option on I can get a refund
