Next Day Dash LLC

I have never left a negative review but this experience has been horrendous. I ordered a photo frame from this seller and they sent me the wrong size and color. I asked for a refund but they said in order to receive a refund, I had to 1) print out a shipping label and 2) drive to a UPS to return an item I didn't even order or want. I still have not received my refund and this situation began a month ago. I also have had very unhelpful experiences with multiple Walmart.com representatives. This whole experience has turned me off from buying from Walmart.com and I think it's in their best interest to cut ties with this third party seller. I'm now finding many similar horrible experiences others have had with this seller and I hope you are careful before buying from them.

Be very careful when ordering from Walmart.com and Next Day Dash LLC is the 3rd party. I received a partial order and have yet to see the remaining, PAID FOR, item to he delivered. This company won't return phone calls and has tried to gaslight me by insisting they delivered my order. Yes, I received a delivery and it was incomplete. It's my opinion that perhaps, ordering from a different company may be a safer option.

Would not recommend this company. They sent me an item that had been returned by someone else, because it was already damaged and pieces were missing. Amazon put a sticker on the box saying, "thanks to u, this item has a second chance". SO, all this company is doing is circulating damaged goods. Walmart is such a big company, they dont even give a damn. I wont shop at Walmart anymore either! -00000 stars

I ordered the Bowflex 1090 dumbells from Next Day Dash off the walmart.com website. The problem is that they delivered the Bowflex 552 dumbbells, which I already own. The only way to contact them is to email them. No customer service. Stay away from this seller.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I got an email saying gate was delivered..it wasn't! Called fedex. They said they didnt have my name OR address, but my order and tracking # belonged to someone else, and was delivered there. I went over there, and they didnt get my package. I called the shipper. He was short with me. Told me fedex was screwed up and ti call him tomorrow. I got another email the next day saying I would get the package on the 29th. I DID get it today BUT it was broken in 2 places...piece of S@#T!! I will never order anything from this company OR walmart again!!!

I ordered a GE ice maker from Walmart.com and Next Door Dash was the third party seller. I had been looking at this ice maker for awhile, and when I saw it at Walmart.com for a lower price I immediately ordered it. I anxiously anticipated it’s arrival, as it was a gift for my husband.

I received a delivery notification and immediately went outside to get my package. But to my dismay, no box was by my front door. I live in a townhome community and went around to my different neighbors to see if they accidentally received my package. But no, no one had received my 440 Lb ice maker.

After days of calling Walmart, FedEx (the shipping company) and emailing with Next Door Dash, I think I was scammed.

I never received my order, even after they told me it was delivered. When I asked where my product was delivered, they could not give me an answer. When I contacted FedEx, (the shipping confirmation said FedEx), I was told that my address was not on the shipping label.

I asked Walmart and Next Day Dash to send me another ice maker, and they said they had no more in stock, even though it is still listed on the Walmart.com website. Now the product is $200 more than I paid, and they will not sell it to me unless I pay the higher price!

Stay away!
