Ordered a patio swing got half the order never received the second box now I'm stuck with paying for dumping the first box can't find where I can return it never use this company again

Cheap stuff. Poor service. You might as well buy directly from China. They do.

ordered an electronic lift recliner that was very expensive...received defective. I am disabled and have to pay people to help me. I also paid for this help on the Walmart site when I bought the chair from walmart. Turns out the newacme company sent a defective used rebuilt chair and the guy tried to fix it when he put it together and finally gave up took it apart put it back in the boxes and left me like that. I cannot use or it return it. Now, I have to take them to court to sue (more money out of my pocket) and no guarantee of getting any money back or this broken chair out of my house.

Ordered a recliner from wal mat because I had already been taken from order on Facebook. My mistake was didn’t rea the fine print (you know the one you can’t every read with a magnet ) I thought going through Walmart would give some security but when I called Walmart they referred me to Newacme llc. Well guess what have no luck in getting through to them. . So I may get stuck with some problems all because I trusted Walmart. The third party thing need to checked on. If your not sure when to find them check China first.

Bought item 3 weeks later no item loads tracking and says shipped. And I have not cat house but no refund,no email just using my money well I pay interest and no item.says will refund.no refund. I needed my item but they never shipped or refunded. Thanks folks
