New DJ Corporation

Had to give 1 star to be able to post by no means they deserve any stars !!!! I purchased a printer from this scam of a business off of walmart.com didn’t even take the item out of the box because I changed my mind on the purchase returned it to my local Walmart received my refund from Walmart but once new DJ corporation received the product they stated it was not the correct item so they tried to charge me for this item that I no longer have !!! Walmart won’t even help me now! So i reported fraudulent charges to my credit card and had that charge stopped!

Same thing happen to me like happen to Vincent Kenworthy Only one star because I have to.This man is a low life. New DJ Corporation do not exceed any products from this Co.

Wal-Mart sent me this computer after I bought it on April 21st 2020 from wal-mart.com. Then I realized the seller is not Hewlett-Packard (HP) but "New DJ Corporation. When I tried to register this laptop on my account with HP, I found that the computer no longer has a manufacturer's warranty because it was used by someone else? How do you live with yourselves buying and using Serial Numbers, only to list the product as new when it is a used product? How then would Wal-Mart allow this retailer sell used electronics on Walmart.com and certify such electronics as new? The day I received this laptop after spending $600 and was so anxious to use the laptop, only to find out it wouldn't even start up. It Wouldn't get past the black screen saying automatic repair. If I could leave 0 stars i would. So i just give you 1 star.
