Buyers be aware. Bought a iPhone 14 when I got it the screen was all scratched up. I sent phone back in box I received phone in and shipped it back per ups with my own money and now they deny my refund because they say phone was not in box. Sorry but it was I’m not a crook like this company is. Just look at all the reviews they have and you will see for yourself. Buyers beware and definitely do not waiste your time with them. Thanks.

Knowingly sold a defective iPhone toy 12 year old son and then told me to fuck off when I asked for a repair, replacement or refund.

I bought an iPhone 12 promax for my granddaughters Xmas 12/21. We paid $1015 for a phone we never received. They sent us one of lesser value. First of all it's not what I paid for. So we sent the iPhone back after contacting Walmart.com. They knew why it was being sent back but said they didn't even know why it was being sent back. She also told me the phone was broken. We asked to see box condition and they said the box was fine. She said we smashed phone and sent it back in. I had an insurance policy on the phone and don't even know what happened to the policy. We don't even have the phone and still had to pay $500 for a phone we don't have. They don't deserve the one star I gave them. They are scammers.

This company is deceitful. They sent me a totally different product than I ordered. When I returned it they refused to give me a refund saying their restocking fee was equal to the cost of the product $209. Ridiculous and fraudulent. No not do business with the Networkstore

I bought a IPhone 13 pro max 512GB color through Amazon page and my money was taken. I didn’t even get the phone in my mail. I either want a phone to begin with or I want my money back. [There is these cool things called lawsuits btw :)]

They said they was going to bump my shipping up and never did I will not be ordering from them anymore they are untrustworthy and they are liars

I purchased a refurbished samsung galaxy watch rose gold thru walnart zip pay i just got a gold watch face no band doesn't even work I need a refund.. How do I get a refund horrible service fraud not what I paid for walmart should stop adding them to there page should be 0 rating

1 star because no stars is not an option, I bought a night owl 8 camera dvr/nvr from them and it's still got someone else's email on the account and I can't remove it so someone else can login in live and remote view the cameras!

Network store sells broken stuff passed off as new..stay away or lose money

purchased windows 10 pro, the item came opened with the key already scratched.

I purchased a iPhone 6+ and put a warranty on the phone now they are telling me they have misplaced my order number and the phone has stopped working a month after purchasing.

1 star because I had to give at least something to write this review. I've been trying to contact The Networkstore since the month of June, it is now November. I was sold a Rose iPhone 7plus that was supposed to be a Sprint carrier, but it was not. I also purchased the 3 year protection plan and has not been protected. Networkstore will not answer calls nor return emails. Do not purchase from this company on Walmart.com.
