Don't buy from these crooks. Buy from Staples dot com! They are cheaper than these guys, and don't try to steal your money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against "My Office Innovations". They lie and make up excuses, even accused me of "harassing" them because they didn't like my Better Business Bureau rebuttal. They called that "harassment". They're major idiots - the customer service. And they sit on your orders, unlike Staples dot com!

Bought a "uni-ball 207 Impact Retractable Gel Pens, Bold Point (1.0mm), Black, 12 Count, 65870" PACK OF 12, received PACK OF 3 and all pens were in a plastic bag NOT on the original package as shown on the listing.
