My Filter House

I am not even giving this company any stars. I order filters and received a USPS tracking notification saying a tracking number had been created. After several days, nothing in regard to shipping had changed so I tried multiple times to call the company. Each time I only got a voice message. I left message each time I called, but never received a return call to answer my questions. After nine days and no return phone call or email, I did a Google search for the BBB only to see the reviews here, each one being the same situation I was experiencing. I immediately called my credit card company explained the situation and reported this transaction as fraud. DO NOT USE PAY PAL USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. My credit card company took the charge off of my account and recharged it to My Filter House. Low and behold, the next day I got a USPS tracking text letting me know my filters were on the way. Only problem is, I had already ordered better filters from Never Buy Filters Again and they were miraculously on their way from Carson City NV the day after I ordered. Carson City NV was the same city My Filter House filters shipped from and they hadn't even left the city yet. Once I got the notification My Filter House filters were on their way, I called my credit card company to let them know and to ensure there had been no attempt by the company to recharge me. My credit card company assured me that would not happen and suggested I call the USPS and tell them I was refusing the package. Two weeks later to the day, I get a call from the USPS asking if for certain I was refusing the package delivery. I said, yes. Case closed. The filters are on their way back to My Filter House. I ordered from Never Buy Filters Again on Monday and by Thursday they had been delivered. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE PAY PAL. USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU WON'T HAVE ISSUES OTHERS HAVE SAID THEY HAD WITH PAY PAL. Your credit card company will look out for you.

Do not trust this vendor. He takes your money does not ship products for weeks and does not answer emails and phone calls. You will end up waiting and waiting for your shipment and end up filing a dispute with your credit card company. Utterly untrustworthy.

SCAMMERS! I placed an order on 8.2.20 with a promised delivery of 8.5. ***AFTER*** I made the order, MFH changed the delivery for their preference to 8.12. 20 without notifying me. But even on that date, there was no delivery. And then the Walmart tracking showed they hadn't even sent it yet. Nor did they ever intend to. Walmart said I would have to fight this scammer-vendor myself but I found it impossible, since the scammer's contact page on their website was off (probably closed) and they didn't answer their phone either. SCAMMERS! Thankfully, I paid with American Express and they covered it, but that is the ONLY reason this scammer did not get away with it to this victim. Walmart should really screen their vendors better. I was scammed!
