This company sold me 5 long overdue gel polishes, and I admit it took me some time to figure this out as I was a new gel polish user and had put the blame on myself. Once I got the hang of doing gel and the polish was still popping off, I sent the IBD manufacturer the labels and they immediately called out that all the product was defunct. I asked the company for a refund and this was their response:
Dear Customer, We have you on file and you have placed pervious orders in June and April. Its not right that you would try to refund after past 6 months. You can file with Walmart but you will not be getting any refund from us. We would never sell expired items to your customers so please make that claim because we know were not in the wrong. Good day
What a disappointing response... completely delusional company with bad morals. Do not buy from them.
I purchased Zoya nail enamel from My Beauty Store. The color "Kitredge" streaked terribly. Even three coats could not even out the color. I have eight other bottles of Zoya polishes that I have purchased elsewhere and all glide on beautifully and are streak-free. When I brought this problem to the attention of My Beauty Store, the seller became defensive and immediately blurted out that the product is genuine Zoya. That defensive remark leads me to suspect that his product is not genuine Zoya. Avoid this seller!
