I ordered product from your company and was given delivery date of 11/20. Never received. When I inquired, was told it was delivered. Was told a rep would contact me wihtin 24 hrs. No one contacted me. Reordered, and received date of 12/10. You guessed it. Never received. I inquired and this time the product was lost. Waiting for contact. Do you think I should order anything from your company again? Rating = Minus 0
I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased through Walmart.com because I too wouldn't have purchased. Well, I ordered a large and got a large however it was the wrong color. I ordered the green pajamas and got navy blue which has a different picture on the shirt than what I ordered. I called the number for Mupoo LLC and it just kept ringing. I will try again calling tomorrow and if I still get no answer, I will call Walmart back. This is not good business when Walmart is such a huge name and they are giving you business under their name. This makes Walmart look bad.
I ordered 2 tops thru Walmart.com and found out that my credit card was charged on the day of ordering and my order has not been received. After looking up the tracking numbers, I found out that one order was delivered to Orland, CA and the other order was delivered to Temecula, CA. Not sure what the problem was when they had my delivery address on the order. Customer service at Walmart could not tell me what the problem was. Well, I will hopefully find out soon.
I seriously wouldn't even give them 1 Star! I received the wrong item, they will not answer the phone and will not respond to emails either. Guess I'm just stuck with the wrong product! Thankfully Walmart.com refunded my money! This company SUCKS!!
Never ever again.. sizes are not right and return policy is a rip off..Walmart needs to rethink who they attach to their name!
If I could give them a -5 I would. I cannot believe they shipped my item to Americus GA, I live in Dalton Ga! I tried to contact them on Walmart.com (the seller) and I tried to call them, they don't answer their phone. So I haven't received my items because they stuck the wrong label on the box. I feel somewhat fortunate because I don't have to deal with them at this point. I'm on the phone with Walmart.com and they going to refund my money because they can see this situation isn't fair to take my money and not give me the product you took money for. They are going to reach out to the seller and find out what's going on. I'm feeling pretty lucky right now reading the reviews of this company. I will in the future look very carefully at who the seller is before buying EVER again.
Absolute trash. I should have known better but did not see the poor reviews until after I received my item. I ordered a shirt in a large and what I received can only be described as a shirt made for a child. Of course I have not received any response to my frequent requests for a refund. I'm really disgusted but I have definitely learned my lesson. Stay far away!
I ORDERED 2 LONG SLEEVED MAXI DRESSES WHICH COST OVER $35. RECEIVED THEM AND MATERIAL SO THIN I CAN SEE THROUGH IT. NOT TO MENTION ONE IS BLACK AND ONE MAROON. I ORDERED AN XL. BOTH TO SHORT AND TO SMALL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. CHEAP PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing an item that I never received. I have sent emails with no response back. Since Walmart is to blame for this I will become a thorn in their side. I will go into the store and not leave until I get this handled. I work hard for my money and this is just unacceptable.
Ordered a shirt through Walmart.com didn’t pay attention that it was actually through mupoo llc. Ordered a 5xl because I wanted it big and it is probably a medium I would give it to someone but the material is so thin it looks awful. Unable to return. Can not even get in touch with anyone. I would give a negative rating if it was available. I will definitely be making sure anything I order off Walmart.com actually comes from walmart

I too ordered 5 tops from Wal-Mart that I learned upon trying to return because they were way too small, poor quality material and not as long as pictured (up to my belly button short) that the items were not Walmart items and I had to contact MUPOO. Via email, this company said merchandise was not returnable but they would give me a $6 partial refund on an almost $70 order. Well I chatted online with Wal-Mart customer service who escalated my call and they will be giving me a full refund. Thank goodness! I sure hope they drop this vendor!
RUN! DO NOT ORDER FROM anything listed under MUPOO LLC! iNO STARS!! Quality is very poor. I agree with all of the comments that Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. There is no where on your site where you can read what this company's return policy is. And are you reading these poor reviews, Walmart? This company plays games with your loyal customers. And Walmart.com makes it very vague what products are not sold by them and items that are able to be returned to the store. When they do, it is far too late. Yes, they say you can cancel and order, but I tried this once and did it immediately when my order confirmation said some items were not sold by Walmart. But even after a phone call AND and email the order was not canceled. SO my advice to all Walmart.com customers. Take your time and look at each item on your pre-order cart. If ANY of them say anything but SOLD by WALMART. Remove the item from your cart or spend countless hours trying to return an item. It's just not worth it. WALMART! ARE U LISTENING??
I ordered one item through Walmart, it arrived Aug. 28th but does not show that it was delivered. It is too small, and I've been trying since Aug. 28th to initiate a return, and I have yet to receive a reply from this company. It looks like I'm stuck with an item I can't wear since they won't let me return it for credit. I will not order from MUPOO LLC again.

I am trying to return an item purchased from Wal-Mart online & can't get the company to respond back. The top is an XL but EXTREMLY small for an XL. Will some one pleas contact me on the return.

I purchased a long white maternity dress for a photo shoot from here off of Walmart.com. The dress was supposed to be a size 2X but fit more like a small. I absolutely have to have something for our family photo shoot as I am due soon and running out of time! I was so disappointed to discover all of these bad reviews concerning customer service and no refunds along with the added hassle of shipping costs! I sent an email concerning my refund process and I prayed that Jesus would work everything out because I was so upset. What a blessing! Their customer service was very friendly and understanding of my situation. Today an immediate response was sent back to me and a full refund given. I feel a lot better knowing I didn't waste $25 for an outfit I'll never fit in. I give four stars for good customer service.
