Do not buy from this company. If I could I'd give zero stars. They seel crappy products. Bought a Holiday Projector last November and the slides started to fade. Valentine's was the first slide to fade so since it was past 30 days, they said tough luck. Very horrible customer service, and I worked in CS for 40 years!!!

They dont deserve even one star, but they make you pick at least one. I purchased a tablet from them in December. Within 2 weeks, the screen went black and wont come back on. Scammer!! I tried to contact MTM, and when two more weeks went by with no response, I went through the Walmart app to get a refund. They are now saying I'm past the date to return it. Now, my two year old is without her tablet and we're out our money. Do not reccomend

Scam scam scam. Do not order from this company. I ordered a tablet for my son which was defective and when i tried getting a refun they lied an said i was past the 30 day retuen mark. Whwn it clearly gave a date that i can return up to.

Brought a tablet fro Christmas and it dies not work. not a good company to shop from. They just steal your money. I would never buy from them again. So now my granddaughter is without a Christmas gift. Shame on you guys. They are not even worth one star. Then they wanted me to pay $1 just to talk with someone. Company is Crooked. Then they make you give them a star. They steal your money, don’t but from them.

I got a tablet for my granddaughter in August of 2019 and it no longer charges. It is not even a year old! There is no way to get in touch with this company! All I want is a replacement! Do not buy from this company!

I bought a stardget from Walmart and it came in a pro wax100 box which looked opened. One of the wax bags was missing AND there was hardened wax in the thing already like someone used it and returned it!!!!!!!! I'm extremely unsatisfied and beyond annoyed that I have to even go thru the trouble to mail this crap back. What a disgrace!!!! If you want pictures just ask!!!!!!

This person is a fraud. They use stolen credit cards and set up paypal based automatic transactions. If you know who this person is, please report them to the police.

I bought the 10” tablet PC, Android 6.0 for my father and it is kicking him out of the game. I though that the tablet was going to work good for the price that I paid for it. $105.99 is too much for a tablet that isn’t going to work.

This is the worst company to do business with. Do not order anything from them!

Ordered a tablet, it was delivered to someone else and all they can say is it was delivered! Agree with others, Walmart should be ashamed to be associated with them. They do not deserve the one star!

This company does not send you what you paid for. They send you what they have and don’t compensate the money difference. Buyer beware! Can’t call, cant email, Walmart should be ashamed to have them as a third party seller. Can’t return or get Refund !

I’m guna contact BBB! I’ve already seen to many negative feedbacks on this company. I hate it that nobody can read reviews before purchasing. Walmart mainly picks positive or fake reviews on their site! False advertising! Overseas scam! No merry Christmas here! No stars for me! But you have to check one to leave feedback.

The T1 watch now on sale says it works for iPhone but it requires an iOS notification app installed on the phone but none is provided. Please rewrite the T1 smart watch listing being promoted by Walmart far and wide to include info on the BT Notification app to use for iPhone installs

The watch is advertised deceptively if it does not work with iPhones.

The QR code only goes to a website with only an Android notification app.

I just got a smart watch that I ordered from the Walmart site for mtm tradings . It does not work can’t turn on .cant find any contact info for then . No stars they wont let you finish without giving them a star. But they don’t deserve any stars.

Horrible

Watch came in Chinese. Can’t even use it and of course can’t return to Walmart. Horrible for my 6yo

The product has very little instruction on how to set up or use it. The small print fold-up that is included is very sketchy as to how to operate this product. The return policy lists $7.00 return fee, plus possible restocking fee, plus buyer pays for shipping. In other words, the price (or more) of the product would be paid for by the buyer. In my opinion, this is a true BUYER BEWARE set-up.

I bought a watch and 2 days later the shit broke and the stupid company does not want to answer there damn phones and I call everywhere and nothing freaking dumb fake watch

There stuff sucks and i couldn't even return it on time there made me go everywhere so when i finally got to where i needed to go it was to dame late like wtf am i suppose to do with a fake watch i haven't even opened it yet thats how much i wanted to return it.
