I’ve been trying to return these boots since June. Ridiculous!
I bought a pair of boots for my husband for Christmas and the first time he put them on they tore in the back. I paid to much for them and can't return them. Do not buy from this company
Paid for expedited shipping. Have been messaging for days as it never came, according to usps they’ve been waiting for it(pre shipment) since December 16th. It’s now December 27 and all 4 emails I sent have subsequently been ignored. Stay far away very poor business ethics, wish half a star was possible
Received package in excellent time, but sent the wrong size.
Review update: I contacted these people twice about a problem with these slippers. They're supposed to get in back in touch in 1 business day. It's been 10 and no response! I only use these to go outside to check the mail each day and put out the garbage. (once a week) or to go out on my deck if it is wet. The issue is both soles are cracking right along the seam in the same spot on both shoes. I only had these 5 months and considering I don't use them much this should not be happening and should last much longer. **BE AWARE** This company apparently don't care about their customers when there's a problem and don't even respond to your emails! Will never do business with them again! Walmart, you need to look into this company. This affects your reputation also if you allow merchants like these to continue to do business under your name that treat customer like this. You don't do it, why condone their actions???
