Same experience as others; item never sent, email back says will be shipped, 25 days still nothing. Seeking Paypal refund. These people are clearly scamming and I wished I checked the company out better before buying. I was surprised by this as I’ve seen their name a lot when shopping for CDs and assumed they were a well established and reputable vendor.

paid on 2 dec. said shipped 7 dec. did tracking only shipping label printed today is 13 december still not picked up by fedex. emailed no response, then decided to research company abhorent business practices. Now i am scared will not recieve well over $400 in purchase by christmas and why would it take a week to print shipping label and the a second week and still not picked up by fedex????? waiting to see outcome of my purchases, Seems that ebay and amazon have any qualms with working with this company, BEWARE

MovieMars is so sketch. They list items at a certain price on the Walmart site. Then, when you order it, the item just sits there unfulfilled until the expected delivery date when they cancel your order citing "We're sorry, we had to cancel your order due to a system error." But then you search for that exact item again and find it on the Walmart site and, would you look at that, it's being sold by MovieMars, though now it's much more expensive than it was when you first ordered it. Not cool MovieMars... and not the first time you've done that to me. Thanks for wasting my time twice. But lesson learned: will never purchase from you again.

Ordered vinyls over a month ago and have not received them. Won’t reply to my emails. Very poor customer service.

This seller needs to be banned from Walmart! I ordered a vinyl record from them, they never shipped the order and then finally cancelled the order 3 weeks later after saying there was an ‘inventory problem’ yet I emailed them 3 times asking when they would ship my order and everytime they responded saying if it hasn’t been shipped in 3 days to contact them again. Seriously???? Horrible business!!! Shut them down!!!

Horrible company!

Gave me the run around, refused to send product claiming it was damaged and then relisted at a higher price on eBay and back on Walmart. Never answered when I asked them why they couldn't fulfill order when they had stock.

Aggravating shopping experience:

"Agree with 1 star ratings. Like to give 0 stars. Low price, no tax, free shipping then send wrong incomplete order. Return, wait, refund, wait, re-order, wait get wrong incomplete order again. Repeat step 1. Wendy and Sara POOR & CONFUSING customer service. Both said it's a "internal system error". Both send roundabout vague email that doesn't answer questions. Needed to forward PayPal invoice, I did. Needed invoice #, sent again and said "it's on the invoice I FORWARDED". Needed order #, sent again and said "it's on the invoice I FORWARDED". Needed transaction ID, sent again and said "it's on the invoice I FORWARDED". Needed attachment, what "attachment"? Don't have an "attachment"? Wendy said they can no longer help and contact PayPal for assistance. Identical products listed with different prices. Prices change a lot. Found telephone number on BBB site, no answer and can't leave a message. Sometimes get a tracking number then doesn't match the package. They are the worst EVER! Do Not Buy From Them! You get nowhere with customer service. HORRIBLE!

Do not order anything from this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order several weeks ago for a Christmas gift for my son. Then 4 days before Christmas they randomly cancelled my order via email. When I called customer service they offered no solutions just a rude, “too bad” attitude. Now I’m left without the item and no time to order it from another company. Thanks.

I have been ordering movies for ever. At times the movie want is so hard to find, movie mars will have it. I have been pleased. Longer to be shipped, but I get, and good shape, and happy I didn't miss out on my favorite movie.

Ordered a CD & never received it!

Ordered movie DVD over a month ago. Status showed shipped, but it was never received. Tried multiple time to contact seller, but WalMart system would not send message through. And now, after several complaints to Wal Mart, even they cannot get a response.

Do not give these folks any more business.

Zero stars would be better rating.

WORST WORST WORST COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

I would not recommend this seller. I cancelled my order immediately after placing it. I thought I was buying a DVD (with a name like movie mars you'd think they sold movies), but realized after placing the order that I had ordered a book. I requested the order to be cancelled (through Walmart) and got an email back from Movie Mars saying it was too late and that the book had been shipped. Upon receiving the unwanted book, I requested a prepaid return shipping label from Movie Mars but received no response. I had to pay return shipping to Movie Mars. Walmart - do not use this vender in your marketplace.

CD case was broke and description was wrong- unable to return item.............just as mad at them as I am at Walmart for using this site!

Order came in completely wrong and their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They won’t issue me my money back or send me the actually item that I ordered and payed for.
