I bought a Moss Grill in April 2021. It was picked up in June 2021. When I picked it up there was a problem with the logo - Moss' printer had uncovered a "hidden layer" in the design and printed it with a very obvious mistake. Fred Moss said he would have the error corrected and ship a replacement to me, since I am able to rivet it on myself. Fred Moss also said the cover had been ordered and would ship directly to me from the manufacturer.
None of the corrections were completed. I have reached out to Fred Moss via text (directly to his personal cell phone - an iPhone - so you can see when the iMessage is "Delivered" and also when it is "Read"), via email, and via Final Demand letter. None of my multiple attempts to contact Fred Moss have been responded to.
If I do not hear from Fred Moss by 2/13/2022 I will be filing a lawsuit, as he has given me no other option.
