I receive a Moosoo cordless stick vac as a gift. This was in Nov, 2021.
It was simple to assemble and did a very good job for quick cleaning.
I have hardwood flooring which needs a cleaning frequently.
In late Feb. 2022, the vac stopped working. It showed a fully charged battery
but would stop a couple seconds after it touched the floor.
I contacted Moosoo at the email address in the vac brochure.
Received a quick reply requesting more information which I immediately furnished.
There were many polite subsequent emails each with more requests (videos, )
I sent videos which I was told were not received. It was suggested I use a subscription service
to send the emails (only $12/mo).. Finally I stated I was tiring of these delays. At this point my issue was
forwarded to another department. They decided I have a Battery Issue and requested confirmation of
my shipping address. Done >>>> still no battery. I now sit with my phone on hold waiting , it's 32 minutes now.

"Sorry - mailbox is full" Consider one star but in fairness, when it worked, it worked pretty well"
Connection problem with 2 month old 4 in 1 vacuum. Customer service will not answer phone or respond to emails. Piece of junk! Not only would I never order from this company again, I would avoid ordering any third party merchandise from Walmart as they will not stand behind these products!!

K17 vacuum. MOOSOO direct.
Piece of junk. No company response to my battery dying. No replacement batteries. DON'T BUY, they will not repair/replace anything.
Absolutely awful. Placed online order on Black Friday sale. Following Walmart instructions cancelled order due to MOOSOO not seeing the order on their end. 2nd order same deal MOOSOO can not see order. They confirm product is in stock. Now Dec 15th and still not resolution. Customer Service is awful. No follow through. Everyday start from scratch. Avoid this seller.
Do not buy this product, You cannot buy the replacements anywhere!!!!!!
