Ordered Oct 23rd by mistake 1 Monibloom bkcase, tried to cancel immedtly, waited 10 days to rcvd then send back unopened on Nov 6 and still have not been reimbursed now as promised after 3 calls to Walmart. Manufacturer has my $80 plus the new bkcase!

I purchased an unassenled sideboard cabinet with a drawer, shelves and frosted doors from Walmart.

It arrived undamaged & in a timely fashion.

Thing is, there were no assembly instructions, just an inventory list and website listed to go to to watch the assembly video. My purchased item doesn't have an assembly video in the collection anywhere.

My emails to [email protected] so far are unanswered.

I have the pile of parts in my LR floor. I was going to put it together this past weekend.

Is zero stars an option?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! An order was placed without my consent on my Walmart account which led to a shoe organizer being ordered from this company. I contacted Walmart and this company to have them stop the shipment of this item. They were able to get my item back and I contacted the company to issue me a refund since they had received the item back at their warehouse. The person that emailed me back stated she was trying to issue a refund but Walmarts system wasn’t allowing her. And then she just stopped responding. Terrible way to do business. I didn’t even order this item, they got their item back but yet they won’t refund me. SCAM ARTISTS! 0 STARS
