Awful, terrible company. Don't order from them, ordered a coffee maker that arrived and didn't work. Modern Impressions were rude and still owe me $56.36 still after 3 years. Walmart says it's there fault, Modern says its Walmart fault. Both companies can kiss off. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with Modern Impressions. One star was hit by accident

Got a blender from them and it just flat never turned on and wouldn’t give a refund. They sent me actual garbage, NEVER purchase from them.

I have had the same issue with WalMart and Modern Impressions located in New Jersey. I ordered a cuisinart art 4.5 quart pot with lid for 109.00. This has been almost a month now. I have filed a complaint in Arkansas where the main headquarters is located. I have also filed a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General Office. I am also going to file a complaint with the Az Attorney General Office. As 1 Reviewer stated this Modern Impressions is a scam company

So I had the same issue. I filled a complaint with Walmart ie: 1-800-WALMART. The representative stated he was going to escalate this to the review team to investigate this company. It took me five minutes to get through to talk to somebody at Walmart corporate. Call them and file a complaint as well they said they will investigate this and they will be pulling this company off their website if they review and see all the negative things and do their investigation if I could rate less than one star it would be -5 stars if Walmart does nothing about this then it truly shows they do not care about their customers. This is ridiculous.

I can't believe WalMart would associate with Modern Impressions!!! I was looking to buy Stihl Motomix High Performance Premix Fuel 50:1 (2-Cycle Fuel). Modern Impressions is selling 1 QUART for $45.95, when today (3/12/2021) I bought a case of 4 quarts at my local garden center for $35.99!

I believe "Modern Impressions," is code for "Shipment is Ready for UPS, but it is never going to get there." However, they took my money the very next day after ordering! They didn't have an issue with that process at all! How does a company like this stay in business, and why does Walmart continue to partner with them? The BBB should be on them like yesterday!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR! Same as everyone else on this site. They created a shipping label, and that was it. It never was delivered to UPS. When the anticipated delivery date arrived, it simply changed to "Delayed." I emailed the company through Walmart, and I did receive a response from Modern Impressions. However, it was written like a child had composed it. It was something to the effect "Wow! It must have gotten lost in shipment. We'll send another one." "Wow?!" Is that a word that a "professional" vendor should be using?! Never again will I order from this company. Avoid at ALL costs.

I contacted Modern Impression (sponsored on Walmart online) and inquired about an order. This is the horrible response I received:

This clearly says 1 piece. Look at the title.

I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. The only good thing is you can return their items back to a Walmart store. Thank you Walmart for going above and beyond as always.

First time and last time . Terrible customer service. Modern Impressions cannot check their orders before they make their shipment.

Item arrived several days later than promised, due to USPS waiting on item to arrive from the seller for a whole week.

This seller is a scum. The Item never shipped from seller, only shipping label was created. I want my money back ASAP

same as everyone here. they took the money, created shipping label, never sent the item. they never answered my message. will be getting a refund from walmart.

As all of the other reviews state, this seller is a fraud. Shipping label created, never shipped the item, nice email exchanges with me in the meantime. I'm working with Walmart to get a refund. I will also be contacting state officials in my state and in NJ (where they are operating) to report them. I'm also working with contacts at Walmart to have them removed from their site. AVOID THIS SELLER

Bad company! I just had exactly the same experience as so many others here. They created a shipping label but never shipped the product. Every call, email, and inquiry was answered very nicely but with different information that did not match up. I got explanations like lost shipments, things delivered to usps that never received a tracking number, back orders, etc. I don't think they are trying to scam anyone, more likely they are just incompetent. I have wasted almost three weeks trying to get my product from them and have given up and am trying to get a refund now. They told me on the phone today that I would get a cancellation confirmation email and a refund to my credit card in a few hours. I am not surprised that the email and refund has not so far shown up.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from this company! I ordered a knife set through Walmart that was fulfilled through modern impressions. They “shipped” my item but it only got to the created label phase. I contacted walmart whom sent out a message and they said they’d reship it but never did. Walmart ended up refunding my money after not being able to get a call through to this company.
