Bad company! I just had exactly the same experience as so many others here. They created a shipping label but never shipped the product. Every call, email, and inquiry was answered very nicely but with different information that did not match up. I got explanations like lost shipments, things delivered to usps that never received a tracking number, back orders, etc. I don't think they are trying to scam anyone, more likely they are just incompetent. I have wasted almost three weeks trying to get my product from them and have given up and am trying to get a refund now. They told me on the phone today that I would get a cancellation confirmation email and a refund to my credit card in a few hours. I am not surprised that the email and refund has not so far shown up.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from this company! I ordered a knife set through Walmart that was fulfilled through modern impressions. They “shipped” my item but it only got to the created label phase. I contacted walmart whom sent out a message and they said they’d reship it but never did. Walmart ended up refunding my money after not being able to get a call through to this company.

I ordered 2 skillets from this company via the Walmart website. They created a shipping label and took money from my account. The item had a delivery date of May 26 which then changed to delayed. I can’t find a way to reach anyone who can help with this fraud. It is now June 10, my UPS tracking still reads that the package has not been picked up. It was a gift for my son and I am really angry. Don’t do business with these jerks.

Horrible company guilty of wire fraud. Creating a shipping label then never actually shipping the item, as it is obvious that is a game this company plays. Do NOT order from them if you actually want your stuff!

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong color hair straightener then claimed I was at fault for their incompetence because of the pandemic. They harassed me through emails. They claim being front line employees and I’m not a decent person because I was upset they sent the wrong product. I’m an actual front line employee making medical devices for pacemakers. I found their claim to be more essential appalling. It’s a hair straightener. Take ownership of your incompetence. They claim making medical devices then say they make health and beauty. They make home goods.

I placed an order on 5/12/20. On 5/14/20 I received an email saying it shipped with tracking numbers for 3 of the 4 items. It said I should receive them by 5/22. When I look up the tracking it still says label created. Please I'd like a status and where is the 4th item? I tried to contact you via email and it isn't working. I also left a voicemail.

trying to figure out where my order is, ordered on walmart.com april 16, its may 19 and i still dont have it. tracking says delayed, ups says waiting for ups. calling number just goes straight to voicemail bank says i have to contact seller first, but cant get in touch with seller. ive read the other reviews that say walmart cant do anything so i havent even bothered to call them. why would they keep showing a vendors items for sale when they cant even get their items? Sounds like bad business by both parties. im just one person so i feel like my complaints wont matter. why is it legal to just take people's money and give no product? this place should shut down, oh wait, theyre making lots of money by taking money and not giving a product. i wont accept the excuse of covid 19, i order lots of stuff online and get within a week to 10 days at most. nonsense

Ordered a bread machine via Walmart. With the 3 year protection plan. Spent a lot considering no job thanks to covid but knew it was a worthwhile investment. Especially with Walmart’s “guarantee”. So waited. And waited. Said shipped, would be there in a few days. Fake tracking number. But I waited. Two weeks. Called Walmart. Nothing can be done yet. Call back if not there in two more weeks. Okay... waited some more. Nope, nothing. Called again. Basically told me there was nothing they could do without the product which I could return to a location. Wait - what?? I DIDNT GET IT. Yes ma’am I understand but we can’t do anything without the item. BUT YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND NO ITEM WAS SENT. Well ma’am we show that the vendor did ship it. Okay, then what’s the tracking? Same number?? YOU PLUG IT IN AND LOOK!!! What the eff do you mean your system is having issues?? OH BECAUSE YOU ARE PROTECTING YOUR VENDOR AND YOUR CUT OF THE $$$ INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER WHO IS NO LONGER A CUSTOMER OF WALMART EFF YOU. Calmed down, contacted my brother in law who is a business attorney. It’s on you effers.

Looks like I'm the latest being scammed by them. I'm getting the same run around. It appears that the only option that I have for remedy is to report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. I made my purchase through Walmart. They need to step up with this vendor or risk losing my business for good.

A rating of 1 star is way too high for this vendor. There should be a zero option. Walmart is an unwitting participant with this vendor's scheme. Here's the way it works. Walmart has a policy that a shipped order can't be cancelled. This is reasonable. So after my credit card was charged and I received an email giving me a delivery date, Modern Impressions represented through the Walmart website that the item had shipped, This was not true. When the delivery date came and went, I checked the status through the Walmart website, and it showed that the delivery had been "delayed." I then used the UPS tracking number on the UPS website and determined that although a mailing label had been created with a tracking number, UPS had not yet received the item from Modern Impressions to be shipped. Email to this vendor didn't work, and the recording I got after trying to call the vendor said number was unavailable. Also, there was literally no way to contact Walmart because there's no email or phone number for customer service shown. So Walmart had my money, Modern Impressions had lied about shipping the item, and I couldn't cancel the order. After I received my credit card bill, there was a number for Walmart in the bill, but when I called the number, the automated answering system said that if I had a problem with a third-party vendor with a delivery, Walmart couldn't help me. This is really bad. I contacted the credit card company, and it noted my dispute for the charge and took the charge off my statement until they could investigate it. I don't know what Modern Impressions is up to in misrepresenting that the item had shipped when they hadn't even given it to UPS yet, but I don't want to do business with a company like this, and Walmart shouldn't either. Also, Walmart should provide a way for customers to communicate with them when there's a problem like this on an order. The current situation is completely unacceptable. Maybe Walmart's just gotten to big to care.

FRAUD! CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They created a tracking number to process a charge on my credit card, but never actually shipped any items.

I placed an order and was told it had been shipped. When it did not arrive the day after it was projected I tried to track it by UPS. They said that a tracking number was created but was never picked up. Modern Impressions website stated it had already shipped. When I called the number for help it went to voicemail and I got a text back at the same time. I was then told that the order was on back order and would ship the next business day. They basically blamed it on the Coronavirus and delayed shipping containers. A straight up lie. They told me it had already shipped from their facility. I cancelled the order and still have not received my money back.

They ripped me off. First would not change the incorrect address they had for delivery (an address that does not exist) so I did not receive my package. Second, I ordered a quantity of two of the item and my email signifying delivery by USPS tracking no. indicated they only put ONE ITEM in the package.

When contacted through WalMart - they asked how I knew they didn't send two if I didn't get the package. Dear Dimbulb - our e-mails state what has been delivered and the cost of the product bought and shipped. I will not be purchasing a thing from this company, and will never again e-order from WalMart.

I have been having the hardest time canceling an order and still have not been able to cancel my order. I called and didn't even get a answer and wasn't even sent to a voice mail. I have sent an email so I guess ill see if that works but who knows.
