I ordered a luxuryton 1000 scooter from mobility4less and then I ordered an upgrade for a lithium battery in stead the standard lead acid. It was an additional $300 upgrade. I recieved no information on the invoice, bill of sales, or anything in reference to this upgrade. I got a feeling they never gave me the upgrade and just charger me $300 for it.It was ordered 4/14/2023 - #27516. Give me some info. showing you did infact give me the upgrade.----Steve

WALMART first told me thus seller was not even carried by Walmart anymore.

Then WALMART said not true would be hear on the 25th.

Then when it didn't show WALMART said that it was lost is transit. That they were starting a refund.

ALL OF THIS WAS RECORDED in our talks and notes were taken. If you look up the order number there were numerous calls and multiple people that I spoke with multiple times RECORDED IN THE NOTES!!!

On May 30th....a shipper said it was here and wanted to deliver.

I told Sapphire that a RETURN WAS STARTED BECAUSE THIS WAS LOST IN TRANSIT.

SHE SAID NOT TO TAKE DELIVERY THAT IT MADE NO SENSE TO DELIVER IT ONLY TO RETURN IT.

THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND WAS NOTHING BUT CHAOS....

Walmart is probably the worst company out there after Bestbuy.

I ordered my suitcase and it still hasn't arrived yet.

Mobility4Less is probably the worst company I have dealt with. Completely unresponsive to email or phone messages. My wife bought a scooter from them. The scooter was damaged and lacked assembly instructions. The parts do not fit together. On their web site, they direct you to find a handyman if you experience problems assembling the scooter. The corporate phone number for the company does not accept calls and the customer service phone number does not accept messages. What a con job.

We ordered the power buggies dx. After quite the headache to make payment it was finally processed. We also ordered the alarm and power booster for that model. It shipped fairly quickly and delivery was made to our driveway. It came in a giant metal frame that was bolted together, apparently with an impact wrench. My wife tried many ways to get it out of the crate before successfully doing so. It was NOT fully assembled and there were no assembly instructions included. A big bag of bolts that we had to try and figure out where they go. Half of the owners manual was missing, but thankfully found one on line. It took two days to assemble. They will not talk to you, only email. Then when we finally got it assembled, the battery would not charge. Emailed again. They sent a new charger, but it still would not charge. They told us to quit emailing and call a handyman. We contacted a local mobilty scooter repair person who charged us $45 to come to the house and found that the charger cable was not connected to anything inside the scooter. It took him an hour to wire it up, but at least now it will run. What we paid $58 for an alarm, they sent us a $15 bicycle alarm. I use the scooter now that it runs, but save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable local company. Oh, and the "lock" on the switch has never worked either and the emergency brake is so hard to release I can't even use it.

OH NO. I ordered a kitchen table from Walmart. OH YES.

Really sturdy/heavy, well made and looks good. The instruction leaflet is ok but as with all flat packs, read it several times. The clips that secure the two halves of the table together as well as the other panels you insert to make the table longer caused me a few problems… so best way is to place the clip and hook onto the panels to make sure there the right way round and in the right place, once you’ve done that then screw them into place, it saves unscrewing stuff as it’s easy to get the configuration wrong, apart from that it’s fairly straight forward to assemble. The look and quality is better than I expected, however, all the edges of the veneer were sharp and could easily cut yourself on it. I had to use a scotch pad to rub all the edges down to make them smooth, by using a scotch pad it doesn’t scratch the veneer and is the main reason it only got 4 stars. My other criticism is that the veneer when the two halves are together in its normal mode matches well, but when you extend the table by adding the extra panels, the veneer doesn’t match and is very obvious. I’m sure with a little bit more thought they could have made it so the veneer matched. Overall a good kitchen table that’s easy to put the additional panels in to extend it and good value for money.

Mobility4less has no customer support. If you get your bike and it works out of the box you are OK. But if you need anything like assembly instructions, or technical support you are screwed. Try their customer service phone or the “Support “ email site. They won’t talk with you and threaten to never get back to you if you email them more than once. The trike they sold me for$3200 has never worked and I am stuck with it. NEVER do business with mobility4less. I have already filed a scam report with the Better Business Bureau.

I would like to say ,this company lied about the size of hub motor that was install on my recumbent e trike.i paid for an upgrade of up to 1200 watt boost power .the bike came with a dapu 500 watt hub motor ,advertise motor was 750 watt .they are telling me they can put in replacement part when out of stock on certain parts.my problem is this bike hardly moves with my 240 wieght,it won't start on any incline ,I'm not happy ,they just give you the run around.no one to talk with .I would send it back ,but I'm afraid with this lack of communication.,I would be out a bike and a refund.i really resurched this trike ,I thought I was getting the power I needed. But they lied! And won't respond properly ! Chuck hope this helps
