Terrible customer service. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift and received the wrong item. When I contacted misfitmerch, they hardly gave a response to my inquiry and never even apologized for their error. Their only solution was for me to print, box and ship the wrong item THEY sent and order the one I wanted from a different seller who had them in stock.
I ordered an item. And it came as a different series than advertised.
I make an order on September 15 and have waiting my tracking number. Your phone is out of service. I Need information of my order
Never buy from, if you see sold by them at Wal-Mart, I would advise you to scroll on by. Raped me on shipping, which by the way showed as free until the payment processed. Tried to cancel order within 5 minutes of placing it and imagine, there is no way to cancel. Wal-Mart also got involved and tried to cancel within 15 minutes of placing order and they couldn't either. Got an email that stated the product shipped at 3am that next morning? On what planet? NEVER AGAIN! Also called contact number that is listed and it is not in service! Bunch of Bullshit! Hope you enjoy the extra $20 you stole from me.
